Beautiful property with lovely landscaping. Gorgeous setting right on the beach. Pool was super clean and a great size. There is also a restaurant available with an extensive menu with many vegetarian options. Additionally, there is a chill out area with bean bags, books to borrow and board games. The owner took care of all of our needs whether it was organizing a tour or setting up a driver to take us to dinner. Would absolutely go back. We also had the family style room and worked out great with plenty of room for our suitcases. Loved the swings and hammocks right on the beach. Also the tree near the beach provided shade when needed. Located close to the port and great restaurants nearby (try Southway Cafe if you get a chance you wont be disappointed). Staff took great care and pride in keeping the property spotless. The whole team was helpful and friendly.

A really amazing place to stay, with an authentic Thai vibe. The food was really good, the staff really friendly. It’s perfect for families, as there is a pool and a beautiful beach within 2 steps of the accommodation. Our kids loved it (9 and 6). Easy to arrange trips and get taxis. Not overrun by young backpackers, so it’s quiet and relaxing. Beds comfy and everything really clean. Places to eat/buy food/drink/wash clothes within walking distance. Can’t recommend enough.

This has almost everything you could want. the owner was welcoming and helpful, the room was well proportioned and well equipped with lots of shelves and hooks and a hairdryer etc. the owner can organise taxis and bikes and went above and beyond in organising our rental car company to drop us back to the resort the pool is great and the resort backs straight into the beach with swings and chairs there

the beach itself was at low tide all the time we were there so we didn’t really use the beach and the beaches we visited were nicer but should say the location is perfect for exploring the island - you have full access to anywhere on the island in less than 20 minutes so even if you don’t love the beach the location is perfect for exploration would have loved a fridge - the only the the room lacked I think.

Beautiful beachside location, down a quiet track on the edge of town away from traffic and noise. Small pool is great to cool off in, and the hammocks and swings set under a large tree on the beach provide a wonderful relaxing view of the sea and Samui in the distance. The huts are traditional, simple and not fussy, but clean and cool, with a private porch and hammock. Beach hut V1 is on the beach, the higher the number the further from the beach you get. We were in Hut V5 and facing the pool.

The restaurant/cafe had a self service fridge for beers and cold drinks and you can get on demand food during the day which was all good, but the whole hospitality area was shut down by night fall and not open untill at least after 8am, so we had to go our for breakfast and when we got back after dinner the whole communal area was pretty dead. The beach is very tidal, so not great for swimming at low tide. There was a building site next door when we were there, again not a big issue as we were out most of the day, but the banging and drilling started up from 9ish.

Close to lots of restaurants, easy process to rent a motorbike from the resort. The Burmese guy working there was so kind and helpful. Excellent value for money, nicely decorated cottages.

All the smoking in the tables to the right of the restaurant, even though all tables of the left side had no-smoking signs. The staff should really stop the guests from doing this, it shouldn’t be left to the others guests. There were also people smoking by the pool, although they had signs forbidding that too. No enforcement of regulations, in essence. Not the reports fault, but there was a large group of German guests who were incredibly loud and chain smoking, which were at the bar/restaurant from opening time until closing. The beach also isn’t the nicest, with looong bouts of low tidal water. Take note in case you expect to be able to swim in the ocean and not the pool.

Everything.. We traveled to Thailand for a month and this was the best place we stayed in. Than, one of the owners, greeted us on arrival with such genuine friendliness and then played soccer with our son and just made us the most welcome guests ever. The villa was fab, the pool clean with beach views, the food was fab, massages on hand, scooters to rent organized within 5 mins...honestly couldn't rate the place high enough and perfect for families!! The whole V-View area was one of the prettiest around: nice plants, little bungalows hidden within the green and sandy resort. The family beach bungalow was literally 10m from the water. Stunning view, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a clever design for storage! No mosquito nets, but due to the wind we had no problems with insects. The restaurant was quiet and relaxed, the food was good and they also had some "western" things on the menu which was nice for the kids. The cappuccino was also quite good and they opened the restaurant at 8am! The people were super friendly and helpful! You could call a very talented massagist on the beach. The surrounding resorts had also nice bars and restaurants. A short walk and you could reach a few supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, 2 clinics. And the kite schools just walking distance on the beach - more then perfect! We would definitely try to book it again if we are around.

Overall nearly perfect. However, the pool was highly loaded with chemicals, and the skin of the children got quite irritated by it. We assume, it was probably needed due to the heat, we don't know. Don't expect your room to be cleaned while you are there - for us, no issue. And there was an unpleasant "canal"-like smell now and then, when the wind was gone. The sea water is super shallow, hot and not super clear - not really good for swimming. Remember to wear shoes when going into it, there are lots of coral pieces and rocks that hurt the feet. The bungalow was a little pricey compared to surrounding places, but for us it was worth it.

At first we took the room with fan and without ac and we upgraded to a room with ac The first room was a little bit old and so hot, but the room with the ac was perfect! Its worth the money

Absolute amazing and beautiful place. You live directly on the beach as you see on the picture, what makes this such a great experience. You hear the ocean while sleeping and I never had a better sleep in our 30 day Thailand trip than here. The bed was super comfortable and huge, even for two persons per bed. It’s very clean, AC works very nice and the staff is super friendly. In terms of the price: you pay what you get and this is every single bath worth it. I’ll definitely come back!

The views from the beach are amazing and the service we got from the hotel was super good. They speak good English and offer you tours and bike renting which is convenient. The hotel is conveniently close to a local supermarket where you can get anything you need from food to toiletries. Outside the supermarket you also have a small local market with food and clothes to buy. The food at the bar is quite good too.

The only minor issue is that they built a day club next to it so it can be a bit noisy during the day. But we had no issues sleeping and my couple has a very light sleep so you won't have issues with noise at night.
