The location is wonderful: in front of the beach and close to many other attractions in Yasmine Hammamet The food was amazing! The room is spacious and comfortable Very family friendly!

Nice welcoming reception helpful and special thanks to Front office manager for us smooth check-in and help in professionally. Location close to yasmine Hammamet port, shops,markets and cafes that you can spend night or day to go out. Rooms provided is quite big with balcony had magnificent view of sea. Bathroom is big also have bathtub is big and renovated rooms that you can enjoy stay. - (Special thanks to Mr. Mitr housekeeping staff for who is helpful from the beginning of our stay in room. He provides everything no doubt and help in case of emergency with his heart.) Close to beach 2 min on feet, garden and pool for children and adult, lobby with atrium, bar. Restaurant open buffet menu, 2 big section or restaurant so you can find table easily for dining. - (Special thanks to Mr. Hatem, Haitem and Faoruk which are best waiters also very helpful and kind. They show the best hospitality in fine dining experience for us and little baby. ) Smiling staff and welcoming animator équipe is always kind and helpful.

- Maintenance of indoor pool and technical staff. We have been waited more than 2 hrs to fix door of room. - There is no hair drying machine in room.

Many thanks to the morning supervisor Adnan the check-in with him was smooth and fast beside he still under training which proove that he is a quick learner and the correct person chosen by the executive office . Also thank you to siwar , mohamed , mario and all the entertainment team Kitchen staff and waiters also were very friendly and cooperative during the meals .

My two rooms are not next to each other beside i wrote a request couple of days before my check-in , i understand the hotel was full but at least they was able to block the rooms for my family. Tv is outdated and we were not able to connect it with smart phone or wifi , change TV is a must for that hotel ! But i will rate 10/10 because of the nice staff.

we liked the great hospitality of the team , their welcoming is respectfull especially the receptionist stuff and the cleaning area where the stuff are verry ponctual and the room is among expectation ,we also liked the pool and the wonderfull games

The catering staff were very friendly, the location with the private beach area was great and the pool was nice not too busy. Drinks all day was very nice

More snacks should be available alot of the time they run out. Rooms issue when we checked in was not clean water was leaking took 24hrs to change room. No towels at times.

The staff was very Nice. The meals were excellent. We enjoyed our stay just the AC didn't work at times and there was a bad smell and a lot of noise at night. Overall, it is worth the money.

Tasty food, ideal location, very good service! I didn't get the reason behind all the bad reviews. All the hotel staff is doing their best to please their clients. Keep up the good work 😊🙏🙏
