Wonderful hotel with an amazing staff. I have been there several times and the quality remains very high. In addition, the hotel is very well located, not far from the malls of Tunis and steps away from several restaurants and coffees. The director is a very professional manager, always present for the customers by himself. The staff is very helpful specially in the frontdesk. Breakfast and room service are amazing and very tasteful ! I highly recommand this hotel and I will probably go there again and again for each travel to Tunis.

The room was exceptionally clean… especially the shower room… and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied with many types of food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The location is in the new part of town, but for that reason, it was far from the historic center and had little to offer in terms of cultural heritage. The neighborhood was all new construction, but many seemed rather deserted. Although it should have been safe, we didn’t feel comfortable exploring on foot.

The front desk staff are friendly, the check in experience with Nassimi was pleasant he was pleasant and very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping lady is very helpful too and friendly.

The breakfast staff aren't helpful, and even when they see you they don't prepare your table if fork or spoon is missing. Also shortage in the tea cups and most of the time had to ask to bring me.

Great location in a safe and high-end part of the city called "Lac 2" Multiple restaurants, malls, laundry services and banks right across the road. Gym one block away. Rich breakfast buffet with lots of choices and fresh juices Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms that are kept impeccable by housekeeping Professional staff ATM within the hotel Overall I was looking forward to coming back to the hotel every evening.

I really had a lovely stay generally speaking but the staff is always the key to a happy customer and from this stand, I would like to thank Mehdi and Anas at the Front Desk for being so attentive and caring every time they see me in the lobby. Habiba from Housekeeping was a true angel, always with a big smile on her face... a very sweet, gentle, polite and kind person. I can't miss the room service team, since I had most of my meals in my room... very precise and prompt as well as polite :) Thank you for making my stay a happy one :)

The hotel's best assets are staff and location. The room service and cleaning staff were very attentive and responsive to any request and so was breakfast team. Location is great on the lac very close to the mall and several amenities. It is also easy to get around from there and the provided parking is a plus.

The bed size was small. I asked for a king-size bed they said they don't have them. Other than that, everything were ok

Roooms were so comfortable and spacy. Bed and pillows helped me with good sleep. Coffee machine in the room is a big thing for me and it was perfect with two capsules Breakfast was rich and loaded with many options to choose from.

Modern, clean, good size room and bathroom, lots of natural light. Swimming pool. Great breakfast. Nice staff.

No alcool on site nor in the neighborhood.

Staff were smazing. Mehdi at reception was very informed to surrounding shops/restaurants. Kept our bags for 2 days before check in. Were also fortunate enough to get upgraded to a suite. Hotel is trendy yet functional at the same time.
