the breakfast was great (all the food in turkey is a little salty btw), the staff were so nice and helpful, the location is great and you have access to any part of the town via taxi and bus, they also offer very good taxi service if you ask the reception to call for a taxi it'll be there in 2 minutes if not sooner, and they also has wakeup service which is great if you're traveling for work or business it's perfect.

my room's window was in the alley next to the hotel there was a club making to much noise at nights but that's not on the hotel, also lighting was not actually great idk if it's just me but i prefer a little more lights.

Very nice, cozy hotel. Excellent location. It is located on a nice, quiet street, several coffee shops and light-food places nearby, several small markets (shops) nearby as well. Kugulu Park and Tunali Hilmi (nice entertainment district of Ankara) is 15 mins walk away. Kizilay is 25 min walk away. On the way you pass several embassies. Neighborhood is safe. The highlight of the stay was the staff at the hotel. Leyla Aliyeva at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thank you very much, hope to be back soon!

Wifi is very slow at times.

Everything was very well. Especially Mrs. Leyla was so polite and helpful. Convenient location. The hotel is close to the city centre, the bus terminal (AŞTİ) and the bus stop for airport buses. There are stores and a hairdresser near the hotel. The room was so cosy and clean. The breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Extremely nice staff, especially Ms. Laila and the General Manager Mr Recep, who were always available to help in any way possible. All taxi drivers know the hotel, so it was easy to move around without having language issues. Comfortable beds, hot water, spacious rooms & bathrooms, and a nice restaurant just opposite.

Breakfast variety is more towards Turksih cuisine

They remembered I was a previous guest and upgraded the room themselves. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Mr Berkay was very helpful and prompt with facilities rooms, laundry etc.

Toilet was not working, so room was changed as plumber didn't came, new room had funny smell from the carpet, it was shampooed before we came but then smell came back, had to keep windows open to ventilate.

Convenient location. The hotel offers to coordinate the transfer from the airport, which is very helpful. The breakfast has international and local things. The room was very comfortable

Trouble communicating in English. The staff wants to help, but there are misunderstandings due to the language barrier.

Everything is perfect location staff rooms clean staff helpful and try to accommodate all request. I come here regularly now and every time I have a pleaseant stay.

Everything was great, especially the working desk. A small cozy room with a desk and internet access is pretty much all you need when traveling alone.

Internet access was awful. Unstable and slow connection at the 4th floor was annoying and not suitable for work.
