Lovely boutique style hotel. Quirky is my description. Great location for the old town. Not very far to walk to the lift and the viewing points. Lots of coffee shops on the way if you want to stop and take in the atmosphere. Taxi service outside the hotel. And many local shops very close if you want snacks. The only thing to say is that there are 2 Afflon hotels ( Quite close to each other) and the taxis take you to the Other one everytime despite giving them the card with the address. But all good. Lovely stay

Unfortunately the coffee machine at the breakfast only worked for the first 2 days we were there and the staff couldn't or were not capable to try give us an alternative other then the machine coffee . Alittle dissapointed as we love our coffee in the morning. We bought coffee sachets In the end and asked for hot water. You could see the dissapointment in the faces of the other guess. But the breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is very nice. I had a very pleasant room with the sea view. I came earlier and they provided me with a breakfast. It was good.

In booking there is a wrong information that check in time is at 12:00. Check in time is at 2 am. They have a private beach but it won’t work for those who is afraid of swimming. As you can’t reach the bottom.

- Location is in the middle between old town (Kaleiçi) and Konyaalti beach (20 minutes walk from both). - Design and concept of the hotel is A class and unique (kudos to the designer) - hotel is new and clean - view from the restaurant terrace is amazing

- Staff doesn’t know any English or any other language than Turkish and isn’t helpful at all - Hotel doesn’t have a parking - there is zero sound isolation, you can clearly hear people in the hallway and neighbouring room. And the construction work in the building next door will wake you up from early morning - there is no shutter nor black-out in the rooms - For side sea view, you have to enter the balcony (very small, 50 cm width, with residential apartments right in front of you) to actually enjoy the view

Breakfast was fantastic View from the room was increadible Our room was cleaned daily. The fridge contained a nice selection of drinks The living room was very spacious and south facing with plenty of sun. Great location. Recomended to everyone

Nothing really apart from few things in order to improve for future guests. The wobbly sink in the bathroom. In the living room next to the window in the ceiling, there was paint that had been coming off. The air conditioner looks like it has not been cleaned for a long time, looking at the amount of dust collected on it, and we cleaned it ourselves.

The food at this hotel is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and are always on hand when you need them. The sauna and jacuzzi in our room was amazing, and the views are spectacular.

We did have a leak in our room from a heavy storm, which the staff cleaned up straight away. The only thing that I would change in the hotel is the staff would smoke whilst you were eating your breakfast, and no matter how many times you asked them, not too, the next day they smoked again.

Having to shout rant and rave to get the room we had booked, half the rooms have poor views. It's in a poverty area, you walk through rubbish to get to the reception. There is no parking around the hotel the streets are to narrow and the main street has tram rails and again no parking

the location is great, very close to the old town and other attractions. Great view from the balcony. Helpful staffs and great service . The breakfast is really good, great selection of cheese and fruit.

The private beach is closed, and I don't think they are in use at all, very inconvenient. If u are not local and travelling in hot summer, I think it's really important to choose a hotel with either a private beach or a swimming pool. That will save you lots of time and money. Also, I think the hotel should clean the cushion cover as well, not just the pillow covers, it's catching stains on the edges

Wonderful service, the staff is kind and try to do their job as best is possible. The view from the room is just amazing.

Not so clean common areas. I think it´s not a good idea to have a carpet floor when it´s a beach hotel, it´s not easy to keep it clean. Same way for furniture at the reception was not so clean. The breakfast was not as incredible as we thought but was okay. I mean, it could have natural juice instead of artificial juice, thinking about easy access to fruit is something that we missed.

The room was amazing and so was the property as a whole. The second thing that I liked was the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping staff changed the sheets and cleaned the room regularly. And finally, the staff was so comforting and friendly. We had an additional request for them to keep our luggage after the checkout as our bus was in the evening. They were so helpful to do that.. Really liked staying there and wish to come back again next year.

Probably the breakfast could have had more options than just omelettes. But that’s still not a deal breaker.

The view is absolutely what you expect for a sea front so we was very happy about that , also the staff were very helpful in what you asked them if they could help you they would , really nice staff , rooms are big enough and the jacuzzi just topped it off , also had a sauna but you don’t really need that in the hot weather but it’s a nice touch to the room and many e better for those cooler days but overall really well presented and wouldn’t have changed anything even if we could thank you
