great location and very clean rooms with comfortable beds .staff was very friendly .

gym was too warm ,no music or any holidays entertainment on the top floor,swimming pool was not in used.

I had asked before booking about an outdoor pool, and was assured it had one. The pool on the roof is not really an out door pool!

Door Noise: The lack of door closers in certain areas resulted in occasional noise. While a minor issue, addressing this could further enhance the overall tranquility of the stay. In conclusion, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and hospitality. Good location, not too much of a walk to tourist attractions such as old town and lots to do, food places etc in walking distance. Taxi service from the hotel is excellent, the drivers are nice and recommend places on the way to attractions.

The breakfast - very limited and repetitive, the housekeeping - cleaning the rooms to a really low standard, the windows are very thin and the hotel is on a main road so it can be very noisy. I also booked a king room but they gave me a twin suite as there wasn’t anything else available - not great!

Rooms are rated at 4 points. There is no bathrobe in the room, but overall it is clean.

- Breakfast is until 10:30, which is inconvenient. It could be until 12:00, as people arrive from different time zones and it is difficult to wake up at 9:00 and rush to breakfast. - It takes three attempts to get through to room service, and then they have to find someone who understands you. - The terrace is not a restaurant, but a dirty farm. The sofas are dirty, the menu is on soaked cardboard, and the floors have not been cleaned for a month. - Sound insulation in the rooms is average. We heard snoring from the adjacent room.

The hotel's location was great and the facilities, including the swimming pool and hamam, were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The Hotel itself is very stunning. While some of the staff members were friendly, others were not. Mr. Okan and Mr. Baran, however, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the other staff members didn't even bother to smile or greet us.

We were woken up by a false fire alarm at 1 am and it went off for 10 minutes. The staff said that someone had triggered it. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay!

Second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Booked tour to Pamukkale via reception and it was far below average: - Guides are barely speaking English and mostly useless - We only spent 3 hours at the main destination (with 8 hours road time) and the rest of the tour was wasted on useless places like wine shops / jewel factories with the only goal - sell us something
