Good and spacious room with balcony, with good facilities like Mini bar, fresh water, and toiletries. The staff is super friendly, helpful and speaks English. Breakfast buffet with many options for Vegetarians as well. Good location of the Hotel with an easy access to busses and Tram allowing to get to both famous beaches in Antalya. Easy Walk to Old Town with many restaurants and shops on the way.

Sea view room is not really a sea view with existing buildings around.

It was located in city centre. There was supermarket right around the corner where you could buy almost everything. It was less than 2 minute walk to Mark Antalya. Hotel was brand new. Room condition was really good. Came with AC, mini fridge, water bottles, shampoo, shower gel, slippers and you can even request for iron and the hotel will provide. WiFi was free. The breakfast was Mediterranean style with hot food variety.

The location of the hotel is great, 2 mins from the shopping mall, 5 mins from the tram stop Muratpasa (line T1 from the Airport). The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned every day (there is a button in the room you can press if you want a cleaning). Our 3-bed room has got a small fridge, kettle, aircon, private bathroom with rain shower (take your own shower cap if you need it). The breakfast was great! Everyday they offered hot soup, hot meals like boiled eggs, fried meat, fried potatos, cold meat, bread, cereal, turkish cay, instant coffee, yogurt, cheese, vegetables (tomatoes, olives, cucumbers), fruits (peaches, apples, bananas, plums, watermelons, etc).

Mr Tuncer Gündüz changed the course of our stay in Antalya. After the heartless travel agent (on the day of our trip) informed us that our Pamukkale booking encountered a system error and unknowingly didn’t go ahead, he was quick to arrange a last minute private tour. You went well above your call of duty as the hotel manager and no thank you is enough for what you’ve done. In my faith, I believe you’re the angel sent by God to save the day so we didn’t have to waste our time and money coming to Antalya.

A 3 star hotel that should be classified as 4 stars (minimum) as it's luxuriously designed from the entrance, lobby, lift, and every single detail in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was also delicious! It's in a perfect location, and you can find many grocery shops, souvenir shops, and even a mall (MarkAntalya) within 500 metres. Mr Tunjar was extremely cooperative and ensured that our stay and holidays were most memorable. He even arranged day tours and airport transfer at extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location in main city centre (approx 15 min walk to old town, old Bazaar and other main tourist areas). Large luxury shopping center just across the road. New hotel so very modern. AC was a life saver in hot weather.

Room I was in had a broken display light. So I had staff knocking on my door 2-3 times a day to check if needed room cleaned (but all very friendly). 3 star facilities so as you might expect there is no spa, pool, and as far as know the restaurant was only open for breakfast (if it had these extra facilities I would say the hotel would maybe nudge into very high 3 or low 4 star class). Overall excellent stay and good value for money

my mom and i were there for 10 days for a surgery. kitchen and front desk staff - absolutely amazing staff. especially tuncer and nevzat. because of my surgery, staff always helped with my needs or provided information. they provided ice when i needed. location - mark anatalya is 5 mins walking, market with food and items 1 min walking. walking distance to muratapasa, a popular area. so many restruants and cafes within walking distance. tram within 5 mins walking. breakfast - very nice spread. they had a few changes of food everyday. always had eggs, cheese, salad, cereal, meat. internet - i was on the 9th floor and had very good wifi. view - nice view from the balcony. spacious - had 2 checked in luggage and 2 carry on bags and still had space.

The breakfast is varied. I saw the cooker using gloves when handling the food. However I drank a hot chocolate that had insects. Maybe there is not so many people drinking hot chocolate from the automatic machine and it might stay there for a while and insects went there…That was the only downside.
