Our stay at this hotel was simply amazing! The location is perfect, with a clean, beautiful sea just steps away. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, ensuring that everyone found something they loved. The hotel offers a wide range of activities throughout the day, keeping us entertained and making our holiday truly enjoyable. Whether you want to relax or stay active, there’s something for everyone. A special thanks goes to the spa center manager, Goshia, for ensuring our stay was both relaxing and memorable. The Thai massage, sauna, and Turkish hamam were absolutely perfect for unwinding and recharging during the holiday. The entire spa team provided top-notch service. Another standout was Ibrahim, the guest relations manager. He was always available to help, quickly addressing any questions or issues we had, making our experience stress-free and unforgettable. Also not to forget about the animation team! Great people who knows how to make the time in Turkey enjoyable! Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful mix of great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service from its dedicated staff. Highly recommended!

The room is big enough. The bed is comfortable. Air Conditioning was good, but the position is not optimal it directly blows the air to the bed. The patio was good with sea view. Bathroom is not too big, but it was clean, water wash warm with good pressure. There were lots of toiletries. Food was good, nothing special and it was almost the same for all days. There are good beach snacks and and a good coffeeshop. Staff is friendly and helpful. The sea is very good, the beach is sandy. The number of sunbeds in the shade is limited, you have to wake up really early to get one. Taxi from Airport to the hotel was 50 EUR. They helped us organize a shuttle back to the airport at the end, which was 55 EUR, and the taxi driver was really helpful. Wifi was working great.

Almost every night there are really loud music till midnight it is even loud if you close the doors and the windows. The small houses are very similar, in the maps there are "names" for them like D1, D2, but this is not really painted on them. As some other reviews mentioned there are annoying flies at the beach (specially after dusk).

The Resort is amazing, with nice staff, the manager Ibrahim was focused in our needs, more than we expected. He booked a nice cabana to our family near the pool and a “la cart”restaurants, helped in our transfers to the airport and Pamukkale…Our room was a family room, with 2 bedrooms perfect for family’s. Nice view. Good shower and air conditioning. Mini bar with water, soft drinks and beer, included. A lot of different restaurants in the resort to attend the different guests.

The staff has some difficulty to speak English but they always to the effort to communicate, we didn’t have any issue.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and welcoming.always available to answer your questions and help out. Special thanks to ibrahim (manager), cem (transfer person) and kataya (kids club). Amazing food and facilities. The food was very fresh with options for special alacarte menu for dinner (and we did not get sick which was our main concern of an all inclusive after reading reviews of other hotel). Drinks were readily available. We do not drink alcohol hut for those who do beer and cocktails were available at all times by the pool. The facilities include small aqua park for kids, water slides, beach, kids club, sports facilities spa and evening entertainment. It was very relaxing and we wish we could have spent more than the 3 days we booked. Rooms were big and comfortable

I think the option to have all inclusive without alcohol (at slightly cheaper prices) would have been preferred and ideally we would like to see that option if we were to book in the future. The music played from 930-1130 in the night is a little too loud specially for families with smaller kids trying to sleep. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

We went with our friends at the end of the season. The hotel is very nice, located in quite picturesque place overlooking the mountains and the see. The price policy was very nice at the end of the season - we got a good value for money compared to other nearby hotels. The stuff was friendly and attentive. Many cats on the territory of the hotel, sometimes you have to fight with them for food, but no big incidents ))) Special thanks to Melissa for making our stay a bit longer via late check-out.

Where to start from?? From the first minute ( the truth is two days before ) guess relations Ibrahim Bey was in touch if we want something special ( cause I mentioned that I was traveling with my dad who has Parkinson disease) And it was an unforgettable holiday for him and my family. The food was incredible in all directions. There is plenty and delicious food foreveryone, vegetarian and vegan also ( not for my self !!) During this economic crisis in Turkey its hard to find red meat !! My God every night steak or lamb!! not talking about home cooks. The breakfast was legendary the patisserie, desert, jams ... . Rooms specious 100% for your needs. Every morning it was cleaned spotless thanks to the room service team and Nuran Hanim. You know how it fun and relaxing to start with a stupid smile when you get a smiling good morning from each and everyone that is working there and regardless trying to help you. Thank you the animation team each one of you!! thank you the kids club that change my sons holiday to a marvelous holiday. They keep the facility is in a spotless in every corner beach, pool, bars ..... The aquapark was 100% for the needs ( at least the only place that I did exercise 4 lvl up by foot then slide with my son). if you hesitate to chose this place you are wrong be sure of that

Very personal approach from the management and the staff, everyone was very helpful and accommodating to our specific requests. The guest relationship manager, Ibrahim, was very supportive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcomed, so we could leave our worries behind and enjoy our holidays to the most. Good pool facilities with separate areas with water slides, lots of entertainment during the day, mini club for the kids (though under 4s must be accompanied by an adult), several restaurants and bars providing access to good quality food and drinks round the clock, late night discos and auxiliary water sports activities on offer, - this hotel has everything to keep you busy for the whole duration of your stay and make your holiday unforgettable. And if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life, the spa centre will help you wind down. Traditional Turkish hammam, as well as a wide choice of different types of massages, - try as much as you can, they are all absolutely worth it. It's not the hotel's fault, but we had to downgrade our lovely 3rd floor room to a standard one on the ground floor, as a member of our party had difficulties negotiating the stairs; it would have been nice if there were accessible rooms on top floors. Also some bars could only be accessed via stairs.

We were here on a family trip with an age range of 11 years to 73 years old. It was perfect! The resort format, surrounded by trees, short walk from the beach, the dessert room, restaurant (with great variety) and entertainment areas were super. PLUS it was so clean and staff very friendly. Cannot fault it and highly recommend

The property offered ample space and a lively atmosphere with continuous events throughout the day and evening. The lobby bar served exceptional beverages. While the beach was a short walk away, the convenience of the property's amenities compensated for the distance. We extend our sincere gratitude to the General Manager, Mr. Ibrahim, for his exceptional professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction. His commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests is commendable. Additionally, we would like to acknowledge the hard work and diligence of the housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the property.

Some parts of the beach was rocky but water was clear and nice. This property is for families and children not so much for adults.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel in September and were very satisfied. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, green, well-maintained, and clean. The room met our expectations. The water slides were fantastic, and we also enjoyed the yoga sessions and evening shows. The food was generally good, and I was particularly happy when fresh figs were available. The staff was friendly and attentive. There was a bit of confusion during check-in, especially since we arrived late at night. However, the next day, managers Ibrahim and Melissa helped resolve the issue and, as a kind gesture, offered us a complimentary stay in beach cabanas, which we greatly appreciated. Melissa was especially helpful, quickly assisting us with a range of requests, including restaurant bookings, adjusting our reservation for a birthday celebration, and arranging three different transfers. We would also like to thank the spa team and the lifeguards at the water slides for their excellent service and friendly attitude.

There is a small zoo on the premises, which includes peacocks. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to be in the best health, and I didn’t see them roaming around much.
