Yusuf tried to help as much as possible. He ordered a taxi for me for the morning and helped me figure the prices for the taxi, which is especially helpful since the Istambul Aiport is craling with taxi drivers trying to make you pay ridiculous prices. One even told me that if I go for cheap I'll get left in the middle of nowhere. Which is not true. But even the ones with the taxi meter try to charge you extra, inventing extra fees. Don't get fooled, yusuf will help.

His conversational English wasn't the best. I heard him and his wife speak, perhaps argue quite loudly late into the night.

Ahmet is extremely friendly, helpful, and quickly replies to all messages. He provided a nice breakfast at a good price, arranged a taxi for a great price to pick me up at my desired time, put a desk and chair in my room to work in, and gave clear directions on how to find the house. The bed was comfortable, the room was really big, there was lots of natural light from the windows, the WiFi was fast, and there were heaters in the room to stay warm.

The place needed to be cleaned better.

Mr. Ahmet is really helpful (with directions to get to the accommodation, the food) and his family is really lovely (met the cutest Bade). The breakfast was great and really filling (costs 200 Lira). The room was clean. The location is great and easy to find (only 10 mins drive to/from the airport). Better to have the map ready. It costs about 90-100 Lira from the airport by taxi, but had to pay 200 Lira to the airport (happens when you booked a taxi). Would love to stay here again if I have a long layover again in Istanbul!

The pillows are too hard and high, otherwise everything is good

Host Ahmet was very friendly and welcoming person who made a meal for me after I come back to his house. Room was very cozy, comfortable and cozy . Only problem is public transportation is not close to home . Mostly have to use private car . His son showed me all around top tourist spot in Istanbul . Great value for money and undoubtedly recommendable to any future guest .

nice place close to the airport. I was happy I didn’t need to go for the night between flights to Istanbul itself. I asked the owner for the transfer instead of taxi, I spent nice relaxing evening talking with the owner (with the online translator🙄), and got to the airport in the morning in 10-15 minutes:)

You can have a good rest between the flights. It's a safe place to stay. Host is very helpful and friendly.

Tell taxi driver coming out of the hotel to drive slow because road from there is bad and they don't care...

Everything was great, Ahmet is a very helpful and attentive host. Location is perfect for the day between the flights, it’s literally 5 min on the taxi from the airport.

We didn’t have toilet in the room, only shower (nothing that bad in my opinion, for one night we were fine with it).

Good room, the location is great for travellers from Istanbul airport, which is about 10mins away by car. But I don’t recommend it for tourists who wish to visit Istanbul attractions as the property is pretty far away. The staff were nice and friendly.

My room has a private shower but no toilet seat. I had to go downstairs.

Even though our stay was very short due to unfortunate circumstances back at the airport with our hotel booking this place was available when we were looking for a place to stay the night after a 12hr flight from LAX. Everyone at Ahmet Teacher’s Villa was so friendly and welcoming. The food they offered us was delicious. Thank you so much! 💕

The host Ahmet abi and his family are very helpful and kind. He tries his best to make his guests feel home. Everything was very smooth and the location is close to the airport. They provide airport transfer service too. I recommend it to everyone.
