the hotel, a small establishment 16 km from the airport - according to the taxi driver - is quite convenient as a comfortable place for spending a night between flights in and out of the new airport that admittedly is crowded, not particularly friendly or comfortable. The hotel offers good quality rooms with comfortable beds, good quality shower facilities, and tea/coffee and some snacks in the room, at reasonable rates

It is common in Turkey, and this hotel is no exception, that rooms are not well sound insulated. At the night you hear noise from the passing cars, guests arriving and banging doors, and planes taking off or landing - the hotel must be on the flightpath of the planes using the airport. But the main difficulty are the taxis, where from personal experience the drivers are aggressive, they do not using meters, aiming to arbitrarily inflate the rates. The transfer service offered by the hotel is not particularly competitive on price, it is not clear why - a better priced transfer service I am sure would have made the hotel quite popular.

The thing i like the most about this hotel, kind behavior of the stuff, Ali, the person at reception make sure that our short stay at Intercity Hotel was comfortable and relaxed. Our travel airline changed the departure data, so it could be easy that something could really make the situation worst, but instead at Intercity Hotel, they calmed us and make us forget about the delayed flight. excellent location if you need to just stay a night and the go back to airport. 100% I suggest this Hotel.

A good hotel to stay over the night close to the Istanbul airport. The room was clean and spacious. The service and reception were friendly, the room noise isolation was good.

It was a good hotel to stay but some small things I would recommend to hotel to fix: - not sure if by mistake, but we had only one tea cup in a double room - there was a bath perfume but no shelf(holder) in the shower block so need to keep it on the ground - The hotel offers a shuttle to/from airport but they accept the Cash only(prefer in EUR). - The hotel is on the edge of the small city, so you would need to talk relatively long walk to the city center for some good cafeterias, but if it just for a night - it is ok to stay in the hotel.

Everything was up to my expectation, and more, although I didn't need to use the jacuzzi, which I see as an unnecessary add-on personally. However, that is not a complaint, merely an observation. I like the fact that while there is no dedicated restaurant in the hotel, the hotel staff can 'buy in' food from outside establishments. This is the only point of contention for me. Turkish cuisine is one of the best in the world, and unfortunately the food that was bought in was not really that good. Again, I can't fault the hotel, so maybe they could consider changing their food providers? The designated taxi to the airport was good: large and comfortable. But not all travelers will want to spend that much on the taxi trip, so I think there needs to be an agreement with the orange cab organisation for them to service the hotel at cheaper rates, perhaps? Other than these observations, everything was near perfect. The staff were very engaging, speaking better English than my rudimentary Turkish. I'd probably stay there again, but it would be good to see improvements along the lines that I've noted.

As noted above, the food could have been better and the taxi to the airport cheaper. But these are basically services extraneous to the hotel in a sense, and so criticism of them is of those services, and not of the hotel per se. My room, for example, was large and comfortable, and had a balcony.

it is the second time that I have chosen to stay at this hotel, and this time it was better, probably because everything was already familiar. remembering that taxi drivers at the airport can be tricky, I have negotiated the rate before getting into the car. My impression is that the navigator in the car was trying to take us further down the street than the hotel itself, so watch out for the hotel sign on the right hand side of the road. The room at the top floor was comfortable, thank you, and the sound of cockerels in the morning was lovely, no need for an alarm clock :-)

in the shower, the outlet appeared somewhat blocked, or maybe the pipe is too narrow so the flow of water appears somewhat impeded.

Five star service!! I needed a place to stay close to the airport for a long layover in Istanbul, and though I was only at the hotel for a few hours, the wonderful staff made me feel exceptionally welcome and taken care of. As a solo female, it was important to feel safe, and the gentlemen at the hotel really looked out for me! On my short trip to Sultanahmet and back they checked to make sure I got to my driver safely, and they helped me make sure I had the correct timing for my flight and arrival at the airport. And - they served me delicious Turkish coffee at 4 a.m. on my way to the airport, a very lovely goodbye.

Good transit hotel. The rooms are as shown. Clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Wifi worked perfectly. The hotel provides for airport transfer at extra cost. I took a cab, no problems. You can order food from a nearby restaurant to take it to the room.

Nothing major. Breakfast starts at 8 am which is too late for early flights, but they have a kettle with coffee, tea and some cookies in the room free of charge.

This Hotel is excellent place to stay overnight when you have time between your flights. It is very close to the Airport, and even if you have late or early morning flight it is nice to be at the place in 10 minutes. Also, the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The area is pretty new, so most of the building around are still under construction. But yet, it is quiet at night and it seems this place start to develop very fast.

It’s only a short drive from the airport, it’s located in a relatively quiet area (close to the airport, so you do hear planes every now and then). The hotel offers transfer to and from the airport, so you can get a room and a lift to the place for decent money. The hotels is quite nice, has friendly staff and the rooms are in decent condition for a short stay. All in all I enjoyed my stay there!

There were small problems with the shower but altogether it was a lovely stay.
