I was pleased with the Turkish hospitality, they prepared a welcome cocktail at the entrance. I really liked this. they carried our bags and suitcases up to my room. I recommend, very nice hotel, all staff speaks English and Russian.

The hotel is close to the airport. We arrived late and left early so I can make my comments with reservation, but seemingly the hotel has everythiong that is needed for a short stay. There were some cookies and soft drinks on arrival, which was very nice. The staff were helpful: we asked for a breakfast box too late but they managed to collect for us some nice snacks for the morning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable.

The room size is just for overnight. The bathroom could also have a shelf to put personal things when washing. The drainage has to be looked at as water was pooling when showering.

The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport. I arrived and departed by taxi, ~150 lir each way. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, everything inside seemed new and very clean. There were dental and sewing kits in the room. It was very quiet, no noise from the street and airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of classic and turkish options, everything fresh and delicious. The restaurant served dinner until half past eleven. I had a night layover between two flights in IST, and my experience with this hotel was pleasant. Good value for money overall.

There was no heating in the bathroom, but it didn't bother me too much.

We had a transfer-stay (1 day and 1 night). It was good, nothing special. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was quite good, the breakfast was tasty, the WiFi was ok. We had everything you need during our transfer stay (water, some bath stuff, towels). We also asked for a transfer from the airport and to the airport, it was about 45€ round trip, the transfer was a very good idea! The staff speaks several languages. Good price for this quality!

There is nothing around the hotel. It's difficult even to buy a bottle of water. Though you can order some food in the restaurant downstairs, the choice is limited, the prices are high, but it is tasty. The room isn't brand new. Some difficulties with the air conditioning.

The staff at were great, cash is king. The food was very good but no alcohol is available, not a bad thing just unexpected. The location is in an area currently more akin to Kiev than Istanbul but we didn’t have time to venture out. The room is nice, bathroom is small with the WC very close to the shower door.. design could be better. Shower was great. Staff were excellent but the AC doesn’t work and so do needed to be opened and then the noise, road traffic and airplanes did keep my wife awake for a while. Good for one night no more Taxi transfer was superb cheap (€25) and short

This was a really good choice to stay at near the airport. Note that all the hotels that are called "airport" in this town are at least 10 minutes drive from the airport. It was easy like yto find a taxi - it cost us 15 Euros to get there, but only 10 to get back (note that they like Euros). The staff were very eager to please. The breakfast was great. The wi-fi and a/c worked well. We got a good view and went for a walk and saw some real Turkey in this rather scruffy town. We had an evening meal there, very convenient and pretty good food - even though the description did not fit the picture did not correspond to what we got exactly. The main theme was correct.

Although it was not a stand-out hotel, there is nothing specific I did not like.

The hotel was close to the airport as we had to be at international by 10.30am flight home and it was only 15 min taxi drive.

Unfortunately our air con didn't work and it was 36 degrees :( never mind, we cope well with the heat generally. We also arrived late from Istanbul and had hoped for a last night away cheers with our travelling buddies but they didn't serve alcohol (at all, not just because we were late) first experience of that for us in Turkey......... eek....... we were allowed to cheers in our room though, lucky we'd bought duty free :)));)

We cannot recommend Operla Hotel highly enough! Excellent communication before arrival when we asked questions. Upon arrival late in the evening we were warmly welcomed by both the young gentleman on the front desk and the concierge was fabulous! Our room was warm and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was hot!! Breakfast was wonderful also lots of choice. The decor was very well thought out and comfortable in the lobby. If you are looking for accommodation near the airport Operla is the perfect choice! We got an uber there in 15 minutes. Thank you to the team for making our stay so lovely after a long flight it was very much appreciated!

Nothing...it was perfect!

very clean and comfortable, adequately sized rooms. easy to communicate to arrange airport transfers. the transfer van was quite luxurious and provided water which was welcome after a long flight! only takes 10-15 mins max. the hotel has a good menu (mostly Turkish food but plenty of options) and was very tasty with unexpectedly large portion sizes! staff was helpful enough though slightly blunt in communication (perhaps cultural difference).

we had a room with a balcony but it wasn’t actually a balcony and not accessible. transfer payment is possible in cash only (usd, gbp, eur). we asked for late checkout and basically had to pay the same as another night, which was fine considering we stayed quite a few hours, just not the level of flexibility one may expect from a hotel whose main purpose surely is to accommodate transiting passengers.

I had to book a hotel room near the airport at last minute because I have lost my transit flight,so I had to stay in Istanbul for a night. I have a found this hotel 15 minutes from the airport in a very good price, with a restaurant and breakfast included. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even changed my reservation in 2 days in order for me to stay longer in the next day and don't have to leave the room so early. They answer to my messages relatively quick. The conformation of the booking came really fast and that helped me a lot. Near the hotel is a supermarket. The bathroom had a bathtub and shampoo and dushgel and many towels!!! The room itself was very clean with coffee and tea. Very comfortable. Very good!
