The resort is fantastic, great staff (Yakup and Irema especially) , great food, amazing atmosphere. No hidden fees, the buffet is top quality, the a la carte is also very generous and you get 1 free dinner in 3 of the a la cartes. Will definitely come back again. The gardens are wonderful as well not to mention the coffee shop and bars.

Nothing to hate, but I would suggest having one deep pool. All the pools are around 1.40m, having one that is close to 2 meters would be a very good idea. But everything is perfect and I would recommend the visit. One of the best all inclusive resorts I've been to.

Kids pool was great

Beds were small for 2 adults, I got a room.on the top floor with my 2 year old toddler and being heavily pregnant although requesting on the lower levels. Didn't like that slides were closed during lunch time. The special restaurant served the same stuff as the buffet. In the main restaurant we're many flies and it was very hot. Juices are full of sugar and not real fruit juice. Everyone is reserving sunbeds early in the morning so tough to get one.

nice room, very clean and comfortable. Good mattress, but not very good pillows (we like the low). good territory, very beautiful, a lot of plants, turtles)) I easily managed to arrange the birthday surprise for my husband, it was wonderful!) thanks the team!

Not enough choice in the restaurant, uncomfortable system of presentation the dishes (waiting behind the glass when the staff will pay attention to you…) Bur there always was very good choice of salads and fruits. but staff was perfect! I’d recommend to expand the variety of kid’s menu, add simple chicken soup with pasta for the lunch, also just boiled vegetables like broccoli or something like this… dietary meatballs,… but thank you for the several kinds of porridge for the breakfast, appreciate a lot.

The most thing I like is how they treat my son, who is gluten-allergic, from the 1st day the guest service team introduced me to the head of chifes Mr.Haluk who was preparing a gluten free food for my kid for every meal during our stay. he was making it by himself and bring it to our table. it was somthing amazing.

No enough diversity in nationalities and the sense that the people are trained and the place is oriented and focused on a specific nationality more than others

Amazing stay, we loved it! Free water activities, free food, drinks, snacks, ice cream and coffee house! Clean beach and public bathroom. Very friendly staff. Fun out-door activities. Night shows and they really pay attention to details! Suitable for families and kids! They even have kids bathroom cabinets. They had Oktoberfest night and it was amazing! Clean and clear water pools. Fun water games. Many bars and everywhere. They have many bathrooms around the corner.

Room cleaning/services is not that good. Most of their staff don't speak English, they only speak Turkish. Our room was dirty even before using it.

I loved my overall experience and the energy of the place was fantastic! The staff make the place! They are all top notch and I felt like a VIP over my entire stay, humble, yet friendly and extremely serviceable! I give the the guy cleaning the pools and the pool showers by the snack bar- I can’t recall his name but so kind and always there to serve and make our stay more enjoyable a 10 for his good vibes and a big thank you!

good facilities, multiple pools, nice water park, nice beach, good food options in the main restaurant … staff able to manage a big number of people while keeping all the facilities as clean, tidy and comfortable as possible.

finding available sun beds next to the location we like, was a challenge everyday as most were already booked by 8am (with towels on them). couldn’t book at the good restaurants as they were all fully booked starting day one of our stay. maybe they should consider not to allow early bookings before even checking in to the hotel.

Everything was great. The food was varied and delicious. There was something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would especially like to mention the waiter Mert Cemal Atli, he was very nice. The pools were clean, the slides were varied. The cocktails we tried were all delicious. The massage was great, but I think a bit pricey.

The mattress in the room was very hard. (I like hard mattresses, but this was too much). In the cafe area, children are offered to color different figures, but there are no prices shown anywhere. It seemed like it was included in the price of the stay. After the child decides that he wants to color something, a man comes up and tells us the cost (10-15 euros). We were a little upset by this, because it looks a bit like manipulation of children. (The child has already decided to color something and the parent has to pay to avoid tears)

Cleanliness of entire resort, decor of common areas, variety of buffet dishes and numerous activities (we couldn't get to everything in 5 days!), beautiful property with lots of greenery and walking paths, attentiveness even to the small details, great cleaning staff, loved the salted pool water (vs chlorine in USA), proximity to the sea, evening show exceeded my expectations

Printed copies of activities would be nice (vs requiring the app). Very loud disco every night till 1am (including neighboring hotel) made falling asleep a bit difficult. Our room specifically had a lot of mosquitos, even after the staff sprayed multiple times. While the resort common areas as amazing, the rooms themselves feel a step down in style and quality.
