This was my second stay in this hotel. No one would stay a second in a hotel if they had a bad experience. This hotel is very good for the price, they have a very good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. In the lobby theres a small 3rd party shop, they have good stuff with reasonable prices as well. The Uludag Teleferik is just 15 mins drive from the hotel.

Pros: 1. Location: It’s the center of Bursa, nothing much is in the center though. 2. Cleanliness: Very well maintained rooms, and clean all areas. 3. Comfortable Accommodation: Spacious rooms, with a great spacious balcony. 4. Breakfast was good since the choice of omelets was available and they were good.

Generally this is a fine hotel. Location is a bit far from downtown, but convenient for guests coming by car. The restaurant of the hotel is good. Breakfast is excellent, though the staff is a bit lost, maybe we were served by trainees. The room, TV, internet and bathroom were fine, nothing major to praise or criticize.

There was an issue with the shower, which is a mistake no hotel designer should ever make. The shower area had 2 options - a low placed tap and a fixed shower head above. No hand-held shower head. Hotel management must know that 95% of women travelers would NOT wash their hair every time they just take a shower. In all such cases a hand-held shower head would be used, and this is not possible at the Divan Bursa. Of course, there were shower caps available, so there was a way out.

Spa I think it is not under management of hotel very poor management of that spa Outdoor Swimming pool was closed and we are in July!!! Some of the parts in the room needs maintenance and refurbishment

The location of the hotel was convenient for me there is a nice park beside hotel for jogging or walk.. the hotel has a limited parking lots for cars..room were so spacious and sound proof we were not disturbed although hotel was almost full...I tried the hot bath thermal and it was good ..staff were friendly and they speak English well

The service, room is big and has all amenities needed.Staff are great special thanks to Ayberk and Salih at the reception desk.

Room Windows need better soundproofing as noises from cars can be heard.

A good hotel that we booked for one night only and got a very attractive deal through Booking.com. Comfortable rooms, good location. If you want to visit the Old Town, need to take a taxi. Our stay was too short to get a more detailed review.

just everything breakfast , staff , facilities , cleanliness everything was just perfect good location near to everything by taxi tram was just across the street

ironing facilities weren’t available in the room although it was written that it’s available they asked for 100$ as deposit as an insurance that wasn’t mentioned in Booking.com

the hotel is better than the pictures. the deluxe room is spacious and fully equipped. the hospitality is generous. the staff is super from londiner to waiters. the bed is large and comfortable. Balinese massage was professional. in the restaurant all the items of our a la carte dinners are perfect.

in the wellness, the reception ladies speak only basic English. it is very dark in the wellness corridors. the base of the bathroom wall is moldy and an attempt has been made to correct this with some temporary solution

Rooms were very clean, great Restaurant with a stunning Choise at the Breakfast Buffet, placed in a good Area in the middle of Bursa, easy to reach Malls and other Shopping facilities
