The Staff was very friendly kind and helpful with everything we needed. The Free buffet breakfast each morning was wonderful. For a small fee, you could also get a Buffet dinner each night with a nice selection & variety of different food. The Pools were clean & welcoming with plenty of lounge chairs & outdoor tables & chair to choose from . Sauna was nice.. I would Stay & recommend it to friends.

I have had my knee's replace & the ladders to get out of the pools were difficult for me. I had to have my friend help me . So the Pool's are not handicapped friendly with no stairs to get in or out. The beds are OK but firm for my liking..So the Staff brought me 4 extra pillows & that solved the comfort problem.

Excellent place, exactly what it said on the tin. Great old style airport hotel with every facility under the sun and surprisingly great food, especially the included buffet. The hotel has everything you can ask for and great value for money for what it is. Staff was great and only a 7 minute taxi ride from the airport.

Sadly the taxis around the Dalaman area overcharge by about 300% on their rates because their main service is to and from the hotel and airport, but this is unavoidable.

I love this place. I always have a tiny issue (shower head broken) but it’s always fixed straight away. staff are super helpful. I’ve stayed about six times and never used the spa but it looks good. I won’t stay anywhere else while I’m Dalaman. €5 (taxi) or 10tl (bus) from the airport. 20 minute walk into town

I was on the ground floor. other guests were very noisey in the hallway. but not the hotels fault. I would have asked to change rooms but they’d already accommodated me from a twin room (bestie couldn’t make it) to a king.

The hotel was fantastic clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was so calm and relaxing staff also amazing.

Only the location as i had no idea od the surroundings and being alone i didnt feel comfortable exploring on my own

We stayed for transit to the airport. Check in was smooth. She informed about buffet Dinner which was very reasonable. The menu were simple yet good combination. there was meat which cooked well soft and succulent! Well done. Glad we took dinner buffet as the hotel is a bit away from shops. Room is basic but clean. House keeping staff n technician responsive when we ask for some amenities/ fixing. Parking is plenty. Hotel lobby is bright and gave welcoming feeling. Spa was still closed.

It's very close to the airport, staff are friendly even with the languagebut barrier, they were helpful.

Its about 25min walk to the town centre and there is no evening entertainment in the hotel. The jacuzzi and steam room were not available for use, even though its a spa hotel.

The hotel is overdue for maintenance and refurbishment. In particular the bath/shower was in very poor condition as was the doors and walls.

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff at reception very helpful. Bed very comfortable. Excellent pool especially for families. Late booking out.

Poor Communication before arrival as never got an answer for emails, room very hot on arrival.

Short taxi journey from airport with hotel staff friendly and efficient. Although around midnight still food and drink available. Excellent value for money as breakfast included in cost of room. Check in and out both smooth.

Smell of smoke in room so should have requested non smoking room although this is more common in Turkiye

I would like to say the hotel location is perfect you near everything you need and everything you want and the most important things are staff very friendly and I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially people with family and many thanks to otel müdürü
