I had visited Dalyan previously , and knew of this hotel , so decided to try it. It is the perfect location , for restaurants , bars , shops and the river. We had the one bed apartment , which was very spacious , plus another double, again a good size and comfortable. It is right in town and near the bars but we were not disturbed by any of the late music. Ali is so friendly , and I’ld like to stay again and recommend this place.

The location was very central and a short walk to an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and the roof terrace was a delight and a lovely place to eat breakfast or supper as overlooking the river. The hosts were very nice and extremely helpful. There was a lovely pool and a small bar next to it.

Was a bit noisy at night as the sounds from the late bars tend to carry down the river and it took some getting used to but that's not the owners fault but something for people to consider if they are very light sleepers. Otherwise everything was great.

Location.Just 50 MTs off Mara's cd.,but very quiet.Apt on the 1st floor,with excellent handrail for negotiating the sharp granite staircase.Lovely roof terrace with views of the boats and river.Unfortunatly is was too breezy when we're there last week to take advantage of it. Kitchen facilities good.4ring gas hob, fridge,pans, crockery,etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Ali.

The ironing board cover had been badly scorched and the sole plate of the iron was in a bad state, presumably as a result of the scorching..As we didn't really need to use it,I stupidly forgot to point this out to Ali. Otherwise nothing else was wrong.

The space, the views and during the Day, very quiet. The roof terrace was amazing. Ali is so helpful and friendly and supportive. Very quiet during the day.. pool to ourselves most days

Being close to the bars, and could be noisy between 11 and 1 . However the windows have very good sound proofing We often were out enjoying the town so not much of a problem

All staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Ali & Ecin made our stay very relaxing & stress free. Our room was cleaned daily. We very much liked the location, right in the centre, with all amenities within less than a minute, while being less than 5 minutes to the river.

next time I will choose a ground-floor apartment, I wasn't keen on the stairs. Breakfast was good, though not exceptional. (not a huge selection) The pool is 1.6 metres throughout & some may struggle with the access ladder, though I personally enjoyed using it.

Great location with a view of the rock tombs from the terrace and a friendly and attentive host Ali who made us feel like family. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat each morning.

Not a problem for us but it is right in the middle of the nightlife scene so could be a little loud but music was turned down early and a garden facing room helped.

The location was perfect. Turkish breakfast was available when booked the day before. An evening meal was also available with advance booking. Meals were served on the roof terrace. The pool was lovely.

Not having teamaking facilities in the standard room. However Ali was happy to provide a kettle and cup.

Location - friendliness - cleanliness - exactly what we wanted - value for money - clean pool - and although in centre of town our room upstairs rear was extremely quiet on an evening Offer of Turkish breakfast every morning on geat roof top terrace great in evening to sit and watch the boats on river

Very relaxing, everything you needed was in the room,fully equipped. Ali the owner was lovely and would do everything he could to make your holiday special. Really enjoyed our stay there. Location was perfect,right in the centre.

Not a major problem but the pool didn't have a shallow end. But thats just us.

Everything at Dalyando Appartments was excellent. The owner and staff were fantastic and went the extra mile to ensure that our holiday was perfect. We would definitely highly recommend Dalyando Appartments as the place to stay in Dalyan and the best place ever we have stayed at in the 14 years we have been going to Dalyan.
