Dining/breakfast area was large with a separate section for smokers. Open buffet selections were good but could be improved (freshly squuezed orange juice?)

Rooms are spacious, large tv screen + plenty channels. The double bed was a tad shorter than it should be. I was facing the street with traffic noise, bud wasn't unbearable. However, my friends' room faced the railroad and they complained of passing freight train noise. Can't be helped, it is a primarily business hotel. One criticism I have to make is the shower basin which is dangerously slippery when wet. I suggested them to lay a rugged silicone rubber mat but they said hygiene would be a problem. The matter is important and needs attention

Really spacious room that is neat and clean. Good facilities and fully equipped room. Location is very good with ample parking space. Good value for money.

Reached hotel at around 8 30 PM after a tiring drive from Istanbul and there was no one to assist with bags. When asked for help, the person at reception said no one was available for helping and did not offer any help from himself either. No help was offered at check out time too. Expected better as the hotel was really good otherwise.

Unlike many hotels in Turkey, this hotel was pleasantly quiet. In particular I did not wake up to the call-to-prayer from the local mosques at 5 AM in the morning. (Perhaps some would actually like to be woken for this though.) Apparently the hotel can get noisy at weekends as families and revellers stay. However, the staff were upfront in calling out this possibility. The hotel was clean and modern. I liked the strict segregation of smokers in the downstairs cafe area - something that, unfortunately, is also often not apparent in many places in Turkey, despite the regulations.

Having said that there was strict segregation of smokers in the cafe area, I did smell smoke in my bathroom in the morning. Strictly speaking people are not allowed to smoke in hotels, yet rule-breaking in this regard is woefully common in Turkey. Somebody in an adjoining room obviously felt it was absolutely fine to impose their smoke on others. It's not fine at all.

We were very happy with our stay in Park Dedeman Eskisehir. I believe this is the only hotel in Eskisehir that allows you to have a selection for an extra bed in the room which is very convenient if you are travelling with kids. Location is good, staff very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast amazing. Vey good hotel amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower sponge. Very well thought. Also the cutest cat “Karabiber” casually hanging out on reception desk and willingly accepting guests cuddles. Highly recommend if you are passing by Eskisehir.

I stayed for two nights to explore the city and here are my comments: Amazing staff members and very good location, the facility is clean and modern, the hotel is one of the best options in Eskişehir. Everything is sanitized and packed in plastic coverag, i.e., I asked for a prayer matt, and it came fully sanitized. This is my first time seeing such a high-level service in Turkey.

Nice and comfortable hotel. We did not get the exact rooms we ordered but as soon as we contacted the reception they arrange new rooms which met our original reservation. room service from the hotel restaurant was excellent.

some lights issues in the corridor (too dark) and the card key installment at the room entrance was broken in two of our rooms. other than this, no problems

Kind and helpful staff, wide variety of high quality dishes for breakfast and dinner, clean rooms. Hotel's cat Badem (Almond in English) is such an amazing boy. So friendly and comes to your lap if you ask for. :)

Pillows are a bit soft for us. That's the only negative thing i can think of.

Highly recommended!! Really this is the best hotel I've ever stayed! truly everything was exceptional, I stayed 4 nights it exceeded my expectations. Staff are very friendly and helpful regarding everything (reception, housekeeping, restaurant... etc), a very big thanks for them ❤️ The breakfast was so good and it was open buffet, there were many options. I booked an attic room by mistake but I'm really so happy because of this mistake 😅 the room was at the roof and it was better than the normal rooms, the room was large and the bathroom was large too, lights are wonderful and you can control them from everywhere, if you're working on a laptop there's a nice office and office-chair, the bed was so comfortable. Regarding the cleanliness, it was more than awesome! everything was clean, the hotel itself, bathroom, desks and the ground, restaurant. Everything that you see in the pictures is same as the reality, it's highly recommended.

Good room, quiet location, good restaurant and breakfast, easy parking.

The only minor thing was that there was no fresh orange juice at breakfast (a common feature of the Turkish hotels we have stayed in) - very odd when the markets and roadside stalls have heaps of oranges.

The concierge service is not good at all. On arrival I've asked the reception for trolley and I was waiting for more than ten minutes for him to come, and while leaving before check-out I called for trolley because our luggage was too much, they were late also, I called them again then they came after around 10 minutes from my second call.
