A five star property with Green Globe’s flaged. Excellent property with warm hospitality. A huge lobby and brilliant decoration. The lobby is also decorated with artwork. Very good location. Hotel back yard has forest. It means pure oxygen! Large size rooms wtih zero plastic items. Unworn out room metariels. Excellent Spa venue, huge and well-designed. Very clean rooms and hotel area. Wide breakfast and rich buffet. Not cheap product selection. Restaurant has good menu and warm waitress who met me. Just a few things are make me surprise to see, one of very poor minibar and filtered water tea at the lobby bar! Tea test was terrible. Beside that, has no free vip when you book a room from Booking.com such a welcome cookies etc..I hope, F&B Manager can review it. I would like to special thanks to GM who conduct the hotel successfully and I also special thanks to Receptionist Miss. Derya who check in me and who check out me ( I forget that lady’s name, I am sorry ). And special thanks to Miss. Gozde (Reservation). I also thanks to Spa Receptionist clerk and whole staffs.

The impeccable friendliness of the staff stood out, making every interaction pleasant. The hotel's design is out of the world and inviting, and the culinary delights, especially the breakfast and dessert, were simply superb

The hotel overall boasts commendable standards and offers a great experience. However, my encounter with the shower was less than satisfactory. Its dated appearance aside, the water temperature fluctuated unpredictably between hot, warm, and cold. Given the hotel's otherwise impeccable standard, this inconsistency was unexpected and disappointing.

We stayed in the presidential suite and it was well worth the cost. Everything was excellent. We also enjoyed the thermal pools in the basement. The spa was very nice as well. The other thing that I can say is that we ate at the restaurant (Poeple's???) that was in the hotel. The service was slow and below par - as in not providing butter with bread, bringing food before drinks, and not making sure that drinks are refilled - but the food quality was some of the best we've had in Turkey. Thus, food great; service terrible -for the restaurant. Also, the hotel messed up our room service order - again, restaurant issues. The hotel itself and the staff there were very nice. The hotel also has amazing views.

The only thing that messed up the stay was the service at the restaurant in the hotel.

Only one thing we didn`t like: We always try to be punctual with our check-out times. We decided to have a quick sauna time right before. When we move up to our room at 11.45am; we were locked-out with our bathrobes in front of the room. Luckily, housekeeping was around and informed us that there is a phone on the elevator lobby for calling reception. They took immediate action, and brought us a new access card. During check-out receptionist told us system automatically cancels access cards. They should set the system clock...

What a lovely hotel in a lovely city...location is perfect...astonishing view and it's near to everything. Rooms were very spacious and breakfast (both setup and quality of food) is outstanding. Staff are very polite and very helpful (special thanks to all, namely Ibrahim and Halil Omre from breakfast team. The pools, both indoor (heated) and outdoor, are a great a plus Seating areas enriched with elegant designs are state of art

The kids were missing other entertainment options they used to see in other hotels like billiard or tennis table, noting that the hotel has huge spaces here and there.

A perfect resort for relaxation.. away from the city 10 minutes , reasonable prices all over the hotel, especially the restaurant . Luxury spa with all free facilities and friendly staff. Mr. Sarwat was a great help. OMM shop in the lobby was fantastic. Badem Cafe is a very cosy place to have your tea in nature .

No pampering toiletry staff in the rooms and spa. You need to buy everything. Twin beds were extremely small , less than 1 m.

The hotel was perfect the staying was enjoyable but, my only recommendation is to not book from booking.com as they are the worse in handling customer problems even when they have all the right .. booking from the hotel website directly or through contacting the hotel better as you can easily manage to solve your problems better than booking .. I lost my money because of a mistake from booking and they did not help saying nothing they can do thats why booking from hotel itself ensures your right better thank booking

The hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever seen. The interior designs are on top. It has everything you need, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. It's situated on a hill, so if you're a traveller without a car maybe it's better to take a taxi. I went there by foot. It's feasible but a bit tiring.

Modern room, clean, good bathroom, perfect location. 6 minutes walk from the FANTASTIC museum of modern art OMM in the old neighborhood, see pictures. We forgot our bathing suits but the really friendly girl at the spa counter organized this within minutes and for very little money. And the spa is Super! Hot bath, sauna, steam, pool. Very clean and free. Free parking.
