The staff are very friendly,the premises is clean.

Booking.com , never made a confirmation that before my arrival at the hotel I have pay in local cash. They embarrassed at the check-in time by asking me to pay local currencies. I have no alternative than to give then usd as holding ees till the following day to get the local turkey currencies. Secondly, I was asked to pay for extra that I wasn't informed. They placed crips and some ,fruit and even water bottles and some biscuits in a basket bowl in the room paid for: Like three fizzy drinks and energy drink inside the freeze was also charged for. To my expectation it meant to be a welcome gift for guests,beside that No one informed me. I think that particular behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

We will come again to Gaziantep just to stay in this hotel! It was amazing, the most comfortable hotel in my life. Great for work - WiFi was really fast: 50-60 Mbps upload & 25-35 Mbps download, comfortable working place was in the room. Great for rest - SPA with sauna and swimming pool, great food in the restaurant. And staff was great. We had some troubles with our car, and they immediately helped us & fixed it.

One of the most fantastic Health Clubs at the Shimall Hotel, with sauna, pool, massage services - it was indeed relaxing and revitalising, - I really enjoyed that a lot and would certainly recommend for those who like active travel and sport in combination with cultural activities. Location was perfect, not in the centre, but very convenient - everything could be reached by taxi / bus (couple of km from the germ of museums - famous Zeugma Mosaic Museum). The room was fantastic and exceeding my expectations - not just a room, but an apartment with separate kitchen, bedroom, real luxury for a long stay!

It was a bit crowded, the place is very popular for groups and among students (amid excellent value for money), but after 9.00 am restaurant was becoming reasonably free for delicious & quiet breakfast. The staff was very helpful in all respects and facilitating all needs of single travellers, like me!

The staff are amazing and very helpful. They really do go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The food is amazing and so is the gym, swimming pool and all other facilities. The location is perfect.

I loved everything about the place. There is nothing I can say I didn't like. Everything was amazing! One thing I could say is my time in Shimall was not long enough! I wish I could have stayed much longer!! Such an amazing experience, and the location is perfect! I Wish to be saying here again soon!!

The stuff was really good, speaking English well, everything we order from room they serve it very soon although on that time the hotel was mostly full. In my experience since I was at Gaziantep more often it was better than other hotels at Gaziantep.

The rooms was not no-smoking and just at the first time of entering the room has a bad smells but after time it was ok, and if you are smoking person is not much hard, like us which was a good experience that can smoking. Basically the spa and gym was not useable for us. The breakfast area also was crowded because of that we order every day breakfast at room and it was completely packed and great.

The Staff are really helpful, the bed is comfy and the room is spacious.

I stayed there for 10 days, the breakfast was boring and had no creativity in it. The pancakes was tasted like a cake and some items presented are very old and are just their daily for display. Also, the lifts took too long to arrive as if they had a technical issue in them.

The food was always very fresh. Abundance of choices, great. The fruits were great. The vegetables were great. Olive and bread choices were great. The turkish dishes were also well liked by international travelers.

In the Brakfast area, the internet was a bit slow. We needed bigger cups for water. we needed instruction that tea is made by mixung the hiot water and concentrated tea based on taste.

- staff is kind, nothing to say about, but despite I booked a transfer from airport 15 days before, I had to recall them several times on check in day cause I got no final confirmation. Other point: due some delays on my planes I arrived at 4 am: the staff demanded the payment immediately even after my request of pay the next morning (it was a 4 days stay) cause I was very very tired. They want absolutely the payment in that moment and I had to wait the turn on of of the POS with the luggages. It was a lil bit rude in my opinion. Breakfast staff was very kind. - Lighting in the room: It was very weak.

Great 5 star hotel. Outstanding breakfast with huge choice of cheeses and various pastries. All food was very fresh and delicious

Bed linen could have been better. Pillows were not comfortable and of poor quality. Towels were below of what is expected from five star hotel

The hotel is clean, tidy, very good and varied breakfast. If you are a non-smoker, it is better to ask for non-smoking rooms, because you can smell it when you enter. The overall impression is very good.

The communication staff was a bit strange at the reception.
