I booked the studio room with a kitchen. View from the balcony to the sea bay and warehouses 😒Large balcony where you can smoke with pleasure. There is also in the room the set of coffee, tea and sugar. Every day they bring two bottles of water. Spacious room. Clean. There are all the necessary utensils for cooking. Cool mattress and pillows. Breakfast is modest but hearty. Buffet. Good coffee machine. Excellent location when you travelling for business needs - next to the Gebze shopping center where there are many stores and also across the road there are good vegetable stores.

I checked-in in at night. I was tired but they didn't show me to my room. It was an unpleasant shock. During checking out, I was waiting when the new guests to be registered but the second receptionist went to smoke although he saw that I was waiting for them to take my keys. Thus, there is no attention to the guests, especially if it is a woman without a man.

Location is good. The room is bigger with everything. All necessary things are available like fridge, Microwave oven, Iron with stand, TV etc.

You can't control the ambient temperature of the room. Although there is a thermostat to control the temperature but it wasn't working. It was very warm inside. You need to open the window to get fresh air inside and cool the room. Secondly, the drain of the sink was chocked. Even if you open the tap very little, water starts filling into the sink. Thirdly, the pillows were not comfortable. There should be foamed pillows.

The place looks great with new and functional amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the room size is very good for a family with children. Although they have an a la carts restaurant and also very good breakfast, they also have a kitchenette in the room with everything you need in case you want to prepare something for your children. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. It is a great place to stay. Also, the view is very nice from top floors.

There’s nothing not to like.

The staff are polite and helpful, the breakfast offers a fantastic range of food, with a coffee machine for caffeine lovers. The hotel is right next to the plaza which is great for families with children, as there is a play centre and mini theme park in the centre. The rooms were luxurious and spacious. With a large kitchen area and balcony, which was perfect for our after tour pit stop location.

We tried the dinner at the restaurant on our first night it was passable, I’m not sure if they just had a bad night but one dish was delayed and others were not hot. The breakfast is amazing so maybe just an off night for them.

Everything was good. The curtains was not so much clean. But except this everything else was fine. Great location next to Institute of Meteorology. Next to Gebze Center Mall. I was there for 3 days but I guess after a week breakfast will look too much boring. Breakfast should be more versatile.

I found the curtain next to balcony wasn't clean. The sound isolation is not so good. I heard too good the TV when my neighbor watched it. For one which hates the cigar smoke it isn't good because hotel allows the smoking in balcony. As for me the smoking should be forbidden in the whole area of the hotel. Thanks God no one wasn't smoked in the balcony next to mine.

Having returned from a road trip through Turkey, we only spent one night at Hyatt House Gebze, before our flight back home from Istanbul. We liked the modern look and feel, with large spaces in both common areas as well as in the room. You get free parking, close proximity the local mall, close to the airport. Great value for money.

I had an excellent experience at Hyatt House Gebze. The staff were outstanding—helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the city and surrounding areas. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

Location is great, in Gebze attached to a mall, 5min taxi drive from Gebze Metro Station which takes you straight to Sirkeci. Also, 20 min from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The room is very comfortable, spacious and enough for a family of 4. Nice Gym, Indoor Pool and Games Room. Breakfast is adequate as well. Overall, a great hotel to stay at and great value for money. The best part of the Hotel is the Staff, they are brilliant.

Excellent, clean, modern hotel with free breakfast and parking next to a large shopping centre. We stayed here whilst visiting Istanbul. The hotel is 25 minutes from SAW airport and has good transport links for exploring the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel for a good price. Friendly staff, big and clean rooms with all the utilities that you would need for a pleasant stay. Location is great as it's close to the center of Gebze and right next to the shopping mall.

The foldable bed was not comfortable as it was curved on the back. Also the breakfast is not the best in the class, but it's ok for the price.
