Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was also good. In the room was teapot and coffee machine. In a bathroom was bathrobe. Internal appearance of hotel was cosy. Staff was friendly and trying to help. In general location are quite good, not too far from main street and also not too close. Viaport Tuzla Marina are 10-15 minutes walking from hotel. All replenishments (soap, tea, coffee, toilet paper, water etc.) was perfect. TV was connected to Internet. So, in general I found that hotel as good balance between price and properties. Especially for mid or long-term staying.

There was no desk for ironing when I ask. Also audibility in shower/toilet was too high. Close to hotel are building construction. Couple of mosquitos enter into room through vintage windows. No alcoholic drinks in bar and in hotel. In fact all mentioned was not significant to my final impression about hotel.

The accommodation and meal conditions (breakfast) were good, and communication with the people at the reception was also good. The location of the hotel allowed us to be close to the waterfront and the restaurant area and Viaport Marina, but also to have the peace necessary to sleep well. The location has its own parking, which was an advantage for us.

The hotel has its charm and makes you think of a small castle, but time has had its say and small problems have appeared (window that no longer closes tightly, due to the wear of the carpentry, shower that does not work properly, because certain parts of the installation are defective).

The rooms are decorated in a quirky way, and the building is unique and fun! The staff were very kind and helpful, when I asked for a special pillow, they accommodated my request swiftly. The breakfast was generous, with plenty of variety. The rooms have a sea view, and despite being in a busy neighbourhood, are very quiet!

The hotel offers free drinking water, however it is provided in small plastic packaging, or single use 500ml bottles. It is a shame to waste so much plastic! I would have appreciated some more environmentally sustainable options. Some tiny details were lacking in terms of cleanliness in the bathroom, like the shower silicone was dark & moldy.

The very friendly reception team made us feel so welcome. They allowed us to check in two hours early which we really appreciated after a long tiring flight. They were also very kind in allowing us to have breakfast earlier than their normal breakfast time so that we could get to the airport on time. The location is a short drive from the airport - perfect for a quiet rest between flights. Just a few steps from the promenade which are frequented by locals and also just a street or two away from a lovely street with lots of restaurants and bakeries.

fantastic! this is what i can say in one word. i can't explain this experience in this hotel! reception, room cleaning, hospitality, privacy, cooperation, the breakfast everything was fantastic. i would like to thank Mr. Mostafa and Mrs. Teslim for their hospitality and cooperation. i asked them to make my rooms near to each other if possible , they upgrade my rooms just to make my wish real!

Chatto Hotel - Great Location! “My friend and I came here for one night. The hotel is steps away from the pier and many good restaurants. Mrs.Teslime was warm, welcoming and helpful anytime we had questions. First impressions of the place was the front desk staff is super friendly and the lobby is modern We had an executive suite on the 3th floor. Room was quiet, super spacious, and best of all - the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Hotel Chatto and we will definitely be staying again on our next Istanbul

We flew into Sabiha Gokcen and had a connecting flight the following morning. We looked for a property that wasn’t too far from the airport but still had something to offer in terms of its location. The Chatto Hotel is a 2 minute walk away from the foreshore with a lovely park and plenty of restaurants lined along the way. An easy 20-minute stroll brings you to the Viaport Marina with heaps of shops and restaurants. The two double rooms we booked were very big and clean. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast as we needed to leave early.

I used to come to this hotel This time my experience was very bad There were no body to assist in carrying my bags They tried to charge me for breakfast although I have breakfast included with my reservation The only good experience in this trip was Teslime from front desk. She was very helpful and understanding, she called the management and resolved all my problems. If it wasn’t for Teslime I will never come back the hotel again

It is located in the center of the most picturesque place in Istanbul - Tuzla. 5 minutes to the beautiful promenade and restaurants for every taste. Chateau is located on a quiet and cozy street. Perfect cleanliness, Beautiful design and surprisingly pleasant atmosphere! We had a room with a very large terrace and a beautiful view. bed, pillows, blankets, everything is very comfortable. The room has everything you need, even the heated floor. Delicious and varied breakfasts in a cozy restaurant. If you wish, you will always be offered and prepared delicious fresh juices and incomparable Turkish coffee. Staff! Special thanks for their attentiveness, for their professionalism and goodwill. We were pleasantly surprised by good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the room, free parking at the hotel. Thank you very much again for your care, comfort and coziness !!! True - this is a great combination of Price and Comfort.
