Good location in the center of Goreme

Not soundproof windows and door, with space when closed. Every morning at 5:00 am we were woken up by the mosque which was very loud, also people could be clearly heard when walking outside. One morning when watching the baloons, we were asked to leave the terraces we were standing as these were reserved for “private breakfast” (1 couple) and we were asked to use only the top terrace, even though the terraces were the main reason we booked this hotel. There is nowhere stated that these cannot be used if someone books a private breakfast, it depends on your luck. Missing wardrobe from the room and also breakfast could be improved (omlettes, fried eggs, pastries and vegetables)

It is lovely property in a central location in Goreme. The terrace is the best feature of the hotel, with amazing views. Our room was nice with good view, adjacent open terrace and AC. The breakfast spread was great, enjoyed breakfast on the terrace everyday. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the manager. He helped us with many things - with one of our lost baggage. He made all the calls and did his best to track it in turkish, as most don't speak in english. He also arranged a private tour for us. All in all a great stay.

The wifi is not great in the room, but they arranged for a router to be placed. The bathroom requires repairs, it has an opening through which water comes in making it damp and smelly.

Service was exceptional. Staff were helpful, right from booking an airport transfer, making reservations for attractions and attending to our needs. We were given room 318 which in my opinion was the best deluxe room they had. Although a cave hotel, everything was very clean and cosy, we loved staying in to retreat from the hot sun. Breakfast was the same daily but sufficient. Unfortunately we did not get to witness the view of hot air balloons at the rooftop as there were no flights during our stay - not a fault of the hotel. Location is near the main streets of Goreme with lots of dining options nearby.

Unforgettable Experience in Göreme Our stay in Göreme was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of this incredible experience was due to the hotel where we stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely welcoming and attentive team, who did everything to make us feel at home. The hotel itself is a true paradise in Cappadocia. The place is simply perfect, with architecture that reflects the beauty and uniqueness of the region. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide comfort and an authentic atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and decorated in a style that perfectly matches the local environment. Additionally, the view from the terrace is breathtaking, with stunning landscapes that make you feel like you’re in a dream. The breakfast deserves special mention. A variety of fresh, local flavors made up a delicious meal that prepared us for exploring all the beauty that Cappadocia has to offer. We would like to give special thanks to the cleaning staff, who were absolutely impeccable. The housekeepers were discreet, efficient, and extremely attentive. Every day, we returned to an impeccably clean room, with special touches that really made us feel cared for. Their dedication is evident in every detail. We also can’t forget to mention Vedat, one of the waiters at the hotel. His friendliness, professionalism, and readiness to assist made all the difference. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help us with anything we needed. Beyond the impeccable facilities, the service was simply exemplary. The team was always ready to help with tips, organize tours, and ensure that our experience was the best it could be. The care and kindness of everyone made us feel more than just guests, but true friends. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cappadocia, we highly recommend this hotel. The combination of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return!

One small note: The only thing we didn’t like was that the breakfast on the private terrace didn’t include any bread. Because of this, we ended up not eating much and had breakfast again at 8 a.m.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to the Goreme's commercial area. The size of the room is big, lot's of space.

The private morning breakfast is not worth its cost. I found out that the space is not actually private because it is shared with another couple, which is OK, but that is not what is sold. Second, there are other terraces in the hotel where it is possible to have a great view of the balloons early in the morning, so you pay 50 Euro per person basically to have a semi-private breakfast. You do have some comfort while eating, but I didn't feel value for the price I payed.

We've stayed in one of the "cave rooms", it was very cozy. The other rooms are located along the little street. At the end of the street, you'll find the terrace, where breakfast is served, which is very rich and tasteful. You can also go to the terrace in the evening for a drink, and the view is amazing. All the staff is very welcoming and kind, we were greeted by Mustafa, a very friendly and fun guy, he was really kind to us explaining everything. We booked all the activities through the hotel, directly from whatsapp, and the baloon flight as well. We highly recommend this hotel both for the staff and for the accomodation.

Staying at this hotel in Goreme, Cappadocia, was an unforgettable experience. The rooms are not only gorgeous but also exude a rustic elegance that perfectly complements the stunning surroundings. The hosts are gracious and attentive, ensuring every guest feels special. The breakfast is a delightful affair, offering a variety of delicious options. A highlight of our stay was the private breakfast where I proposed to my now-fiancée. She was absolutely thrilled, and Arda, our wonderful host, captured the moment beautifully with some stunning photographs. This hotel truly made our experience magical.

Lovely room within an excellent hotel. We would choose to stay here for any future visit to the Goreme. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by wonderful staff who couldn't have been kinder. Our room was stunning, a generous size and impeccably clean. Cleaners ensured we had a perfect room every day, whilst the breakfast staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast offers a variety of choices, with wonderful options that kept us coming back! The views of Gerome are unbelievable, hot air balloons fly directly above the hotel, I would absolutely recommend waking up early and taking a coffee to the terrace. This is a hotel which exceeds expectations.

PERFECTION!! 9 rooftop terraces and only 22 rooms, very intimate watching the hot air balloons. We had plenty of space to capture pictures without a crowd. The balloons fly right above! Cave rooms are stunning and the service/staff are spectacular. Helped us with everything we needed. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. There is a rooftop bar with live music and even a really fun party on Saturday while we were there. Check them out on instagram to see more of the hotel and events. Large variety breakfast buffet on the rooftop every morning. They set up the buffet aesthetically, and taste just as good as it looks. Oh, and an added bonus is it located in the very center of town! Couple steps downhill and you are right on the Main Street for shopping and restaurant.

Staff are super friendly and make a personal connection with you. They arranged all our excursions and sometimes did it immediately. They would make a call and someone was taking us off 5 mins after. Special mention of Selim, Sefa and Arda, who would provide insight on things to do as well as arranging. In total, they recommended a photographer, booked our ATV tour, Hammam and recommended places to eat. They also got us taxis for the underground city and uchisar castle. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. You can sit on the roof and get welcomed by the cats who enquire on whether you want to share your meal or you can eat indoors, if that isn't your thing. They aren't a nuisance and will move on if you don't engage with them. Room was massive as was the bathroom, which made us feel so comfortable. Ours was better than the photos on booking.com Roof terrace for watching balloons is fantastic too and sometimes used for photoshoots.
