Lovely looking hotel with great pool (bit too heated for the summer months). Staff were very nice especially the two ladies who worked so hard cleaning all day. Breakfast was great - but like many have said before rather too much and wasteful. In a very convenient location - easy walk to town for evening meals. Nice size room with good shower and very comfortable bed. Although limited clothes space and hangers. Lots of terraces to use and also see the balloons in the morning.

Sometimes a lot of noise. People do get up early for balloon rides or to see the balloons so some early noise unavoidable. Our room was one of three grouped together in pool area. Quite a lot of noise from other guests (had to ask a lady to stop playing videos on her phone on the bench outside our door at 4 in the morning). So maybe a higher room would be nicer. Obviously not the fault of the staff. Only real annoyance was Instagrammers and influencers, some who set up tripods by the pool - this photo taking is intrusive.

Every corner of this hotel was magic. Everything was beautifully designed, lovely decor & spectacular views at sunrise. The breakfast spread was fantastic, the watermelon slices offered on poolside was lovely & the endless Turkish tea!! The staff were so kind and helpful, especially the cleaning ladies. There are so many cats roaming the hotel which was a bonus! Excellent location - down the hill you will meet the Main Street filled with shops, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops & tourism shops. Super easy organisation for airport pick up too, which is also much cheaper than a taxi. Absolutely delightful in every regard!!

Nothing, everything was perfect - however it is worth to point out - these are authentic cave rooms, therefore expect some dusts/stones to fall from the ceilings. - there are no lifts in the hotel, however the workers were extremely helpful in carrying up your suitcases. - the hotel key is huge & it fits the design/feel of the hotel. It will fit in a side bag so deffo pack one!

the staff was really kind and flexible, the pool is the cherry on top especially in summer during hot days. room was clean and big, really digged in the rocks. ….and the free watermelon in the pool!

The bathroom will need some little fix (small details) about location, Goreme is very fascinating but a bit a luna park for tourist, perfect for staying and as starting point for all the activities, but for dinner give a chance to Avanos and Urgup too.

Such a unique experience to stay in a cave hotel! And unlike most hotels in the area, it has a pool! the pool had very warm water and was super nice. The breakfast was a huge spread of all kinds of cheeses, olives, fruit, breads, egg/potatoes, jams, etc! very conveniently located - and has a few terraces overlooking the town, rock formations - can even see some balloons in the morning :)

The bathroom door is a bit low, so we hit our head a couple of times. I guess that’s a true cave experience :)

The AC worked well, the room was also naturally cool inside. The room is spacious. The personal patio was a nice touch. We felt like we had plenty of privacy. We loved the pool and the stunning view! HUGE delicious complimentary breakfasts! We couldn’t even finish it all! The Wifi was EXCELLENT at 50 mpbs. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful! Great location! We felt safe and very happy with our stay.

Room only has one tiny trash can (which is in the bathroom). As I like to put my water and little bed-time things near me, I would have preferred to have a night stand (even if it's a little table) to make my life easier. Also the room was very dim.

Great location, beautiful view. Good pool. Breakfasts were huge - almost over top. Really helpful, friendly, and approachable staff. Great outdoor areas.

Minor fittings needed fixed in the bathroom e.g. light not working. If you enjoy a coffee at breakfast, you'll be disappointed. Coffee machine was not always working and when it was, the coffee was awful - machine possibly not maintained. At the price, we would expect fresh coffee (e.g. espresso, cappucino) to be available from an expresso machine or Turkish coffee.

Great breakfast, excellent location, really helpful staff, beautiful and well maintained setting, relaxed pool, amazing view, great to see the balloons.

Our room was very small so we couldn’t open our cases and also when someone had a shower the room turned into a steam room! the aircon wasn’t very effective so we had to open the door to cool down. There is no bar or restaurant but it is very close to town where you can get what you need.

The pool, location and public areas were amazing. Great to see the balloons in the morning and easy walk to town. Breakfast was too big which is great for some but for us food wastage.

The rooms themselves are not great. Bed was lumpy and squeaked every time we moved. Shower rail was broken so sprayed water waist height. Very easy to hear people talking outside the room. We didn’t have great sleeps here.
