Great location and value

Excellent location - 4 minute walking distance down the hill to a bunch of restaurants. A few minutes driving distance to many of Cappadocia's attractions, including Uchisar Castle, Love Valley, Rose Valley, Goreme Open Air Museum. Though it was too cold for us to use it, swimming pool was beautiful and heated. Evening lights made hotel look beautiful with rock formation/cave background. Great spot to watch hot air balloons in the mornings. Breakfasts were the same each day, but each day's breakfast had a lot of variety. Friendly staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome, except for one person who tried to push a particular "Turkish Nights" show on us, even though we asked information about another show...but was pleasant about it.

Our room had a slight musty/sulfur-like smell...nothing too bad.

- Outstanding breakfast, nothing was missing, exceptionally delicious and wide variety of classic Turkish breakfast. - Super central location walkable to main downtown area and bunch of restaurants. - The pool is amazing, well kept and clean and nice temperature. Pool beds also comfortable. - Staff was very helpful at all times and helping with all inquiries and requests with a smile. - The room had everything we needed and bunch of toiletries too with even hard to find items in other hotels (like towel slippers, makeup remover, sewing kits, toothbrush and toothpaste etc.) not just the basic shampoo so we appreciated that.

- Minos issues with the AC in the room with water leak. They can use an upgrade.

My stay at this cave hotel was nothing short of perfect! The room was absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed to give you that authentic cave experience while still feeling luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night’s sleep after exploring the beautiful landscapes of Cappadocia. A special mention goes to Güney at the reception—he was so helpful and welcoming, making sure everything was just right for my stay. His friendly demeanor and local tips really added to the overall experience. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. And let’s talk about the hotel’s view—absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was enjoying the peaceful surroundings by the pool or sitting by the fire in the outdoor area, everything was magical. The combination of the cave atmosphere with the stunning outdoor areas really made this a stay to remember. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a perfect Cappadocia experience!

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. It was snowing during our stay hence we're not able to use the pool and the carpet & pillows in the rooftop was removed which was understandable. They allowed us to have an early check-in and even called a taxi for us during the check out. The breakfast was served on a per table basis but it was delicious, filling and beautifully arranged.

Its not that we didn't like, but we just noticed that the toilet bowl was placed a bit high specially for Asian normal height. It could have been more comfortable if it was not that high.

This property is divine, treat yourself and stay here. You’re in the heart of Cappadocia close to everything, including wonderful restaurants, and will see the balloons going over the property each morning. The rooms are beautiful, clean and the pool is luxury. We love the breakfast. Lovely owners.

The staff overall were good, one particularly young man, who was from Iran I think should out above all the rest - he was incredibly hard worker, and I would love him to be recognized for it.

We loved everything! The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, rooms are clean, bed is so (!) comfortable and the staff is exceptionally nice. The breakfast is delicious and free tea and little treats like watermelon during the day are what make this place so special. The location is perfect, only a few minutes to the main bus station and in about 10 minutes you are at the mountain top for the sunrise panorama over Göreme. This will be our number 1 choice for future visits!

The breakfast is plentiful, however almost too much for two people. It‘s sad to see when food goes to waste. Maybe they’ll find a solution for it. :)

This has got to be the best hotel in Cappadoccia. Absolutely stunning rooms, in keeping with the cave style but modern and classy, and the facilities in the hotel - the pool and all the cute spaces to sit and enjoy the amazing views are just incredible. Views of 100s of hot air balloons at sunrise every morning for over an hour is spectacular as well. The included breakfast is delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, Turkish omelette, variety of breads, cheeses, fruit and condiments - way more than we could ever eat. The staff are attentive, generous and kind. I will rave about this beautiful hotel forever - thank you Mustafa and Talha for making our stay so special.

Nothing - it is faultless.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff was amazing and allways available and making sure the guests are having a good time.The sunset views are beautiful on the roofdecks and to watch the balloons.One morning they came so close I felt I could reach out and touch them.Location:just a short stroll downhill to Goreme city centre where shops and restaurants are.Breakfast in the morning was superb and more than enough....was sad to leave Cappadocia and LOCAL Cave House ....you guys are awesome great service!!!

I booked the small double room next to the pool....it is SMALL but luckily there is storage space under the beds for your luggage.
