Overall great staff, good location and price, old vintage style hotel.

Just a bad experience, with a scam we were told that the 'Turkish Government' dosent allow tourists to visit Cappadocia without a guide, which was 100% a scam. No such law exists, next thing we know a guide came to the hotel without our consent and extremely rude lady, and telling us we cant visit here, we will be jailed and fined...lol Thank God we had some contacts in Turkey and asked around and were told its all a scam, and got rid of her. Just a warning to all people willing to visit Turkey, beware of scams.

The best thing about the stay here was the very helpful receptionist Khan, he got in touch before our arrival and recommended activities and he also managed to book me on a hot air baloon flight for a very good rate. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and we were accommodated with our request to be able to work on the terrace while our room was getting ready. The room itself was big enough for 2 people for a weekend stay. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure very good. The breakfast on the top floor with a terrace was rich and there were good options to chose from. Parking was easy in front of the hotel. The property itself is old, so don't expect modern furniture or decor, but it was good value for money and a very good location in Goreme.

The bedsheet was a bit small for the double bed and it kept sliding away from underneath us.

The location is great, near the restaurants, bus stop at Goreme center, you can walk to Goreme peak easily to watch the Hot Air balloon in 15-20 minutes. A great value for money as Goreme becoming increasingly expensive (most expensive in Turkiye, compared to Istanbul, Pamukkale, Kusadasi). We really like the breakfast, very tasty bread, chips, fried eggplant, etc. It’s a humble breakfast but very tasty!

The decor is quite traditional to my liking.

A unique place! A cozy, comfortable little hotel where you will feel at home. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts, served in a room with a view of Goreme and the famous balloons! Extremely nice and helpful owners, who helped us with everything and booked us cheap trips around the area and a hot air balloon flight! If you are going to Goreme, be sure to choose Mirzade Konak Hotel!

Everything is perfect!

It's close to the city centre and the staff are really friendly. I was really hopeless to do the hotair balloon ride coz my first booking was cancelled because of the weather. Mr. Bilal one of the staff pulled some strings to make it happen. Indeed a memorable trip for me.

The property needs refurbishment. The bathroom was OK, water pressure and heating was really good. The carpets might be too old and need some brushing. Beds are kinda squeaky.

Allowed for late check-in. Organised Balloon Tour. Location is near the restaurant and towns. Free shuttle service options available. View from the breakfast area. Good value for money with Booking discount. Able to pay at the property.

Not enough space for all the guests for breakfast area but option to have breakfast in room balcony was possible. The breakfast could be a bit more varied if possible.

The hotel was really nice. Staff are friendly, it's clean, comfortable, pretty, the pictures are accurate, it's well located ( I liked that you don't have to walk up hill to arrive to the hotel - considering we stayed for a week, that would've been very tiring lol ). I liked the decoration of the room, the breakfast is fantastic, free coffee all day, the lady that's in charge of setting up the breakfast is very sweet. You can see the balloons from the kitchen's terrace if you wake up early enough.

There was an inconvenience when paying for the reservation. We booked for a week so we simply preferred to pay with card but we felt they were trying to force us to pay with cash - that was simply not an option for us. At the end we had to make four different charges in different cards which was a bit odd. It seems like this is common practice in Goreme overall though. Anyways I still recommend the hotel. Just make sure to bring cash to Goreme lol Also, wifi is very unstable.

This is a great place for a price. Location is kinda good because you are right in the center, near to all cafes, stores, bus stops, etc. - but you are not in the cave part of Goreme which is a place to stay in my opinion. The view from our window in the morning - you can see the balloons nearby, straight from the bed. The breakfast was delicious with a nice view. The room was neat, with vintage furniture, and as a whole the inside of the hotel looks stylish.

Lack of attention to details - torn bed sheet, squeaky bed. there is no terrace, and the streets outside are dusty (i guess it is the same for whole Goreme), and no inner yard. It was pretty cold, and there were no heating turned on, you could use air con but usually not the best option for dusty environment.

The location is perfect, at 1 minute walking distance from the Goreme city center, shops, restaurants, tour agencies and 5-10 minutes walking distance to the viewpoint where you can have spectacular views of the balloons. Actually at the hotel there is a rooftop terrace from where you can see the balloons too. At the reception you can book tours, airport transfers or balloons at a competitive price comparing with the agencies. The breakfast is nice, there is a lady preparing the breakfast every moring at the rooftop. Overall it was a nice stay.

Sometimes the WiFi doesn’t works so well but I think it’s a general problem in Goreme.

The hotel is very nice, in a good position to reach the city center, it's got parking space if you're with a car, but most of all the staff is fantastic. I arrived there at 5AM and my friends at 7AM, (we had booked the previous night, of course), and Bilal let me check-in easily and was super nice and friendly, even at that time of the night. And the day after he gave us a lot of information about places to see and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and the bed were comfortable. There was complimentary water, clean towels and shower-shampoo products. Breakfast was served on the upstairs terrace, everything was handmade and delicious. The location is very nice and there's no noise at all during the night.
