The Hotel is located just above the main street and has a motor path as well as stairs from the street itself. The view from the hotel is amazing. One can sit with breakfast and watch the hot air balloons gliding by. The rooms were good, the bathroom luxurious with a bath tub. Breakfast was good, not a huge spread but tasty and filling.

Some help with the luggage would have been great, as the rooms on the higher levels had steep stairs. Our group of nine had 4 elderly people and when we requested the night staff (we arrived late at night) to help us with the heavier bags, he refused. However, we could manage. But some people may find it extremely difficult .

Big spacious suite, the 180 degree views of Goreme and landscape with morning hot air balloons from our own terrace, perfect location only 5 minutes walk to Goreme center for dining and shopping. Quiet small hotel, restful sleep, good heater and plenty of hot water for shower. Family-style hôtel with lots of Turkish touch.

Our big window with access to our terrace didn’t lock at all so we had to push the coffee table against the window to secure our room to sleep at night (we were 2 female travelers) and did the same before leaving for the day. No safety deposit box. Our bathroom jacuzzi also leaked on the floor too bad we didn’t get to use it. Turkish breakfast small buffet style but could be improved as was repetitive.

The view was amazing and the bath was nice

We had room 113 which was newly renovated with a huge Jacuzzi tub and we were the first guests for this refurbished room. Views were stunning looking down over Göreme and there were balloons flying over in the morning which made it even more dreamy.

Breakfast lets this place down slightly. If there was a buffet breakfast these cave rooms would bring in much more custom. There is hardly any thing that makes it a proper breakfast as opposed to being served cold shop brought things like cheeses. I would suggest to management that they look into this while refurbishing rooms.

Location was great and the room had fantastic views over the valley. Also the room was very big and so was the bathroom with a large jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and smiling, though we didn't see them much.

It was our mistake that we didn't realize two deluxe suites. We really liked the pictures of the of with a lot of natural light and upon our arrival we were very disappointed with the dark and very cold room we were given. Even if it was low season (end of Feb), we couldn't change the room but luckily the heating was turned on, so the room got adequately warm and eventually liked the room ok. Unfortunately can't say the same about the bed. Its shape was round, so I assume it had custom made mattress (made of two pieces) but it was saggy and there was kind of a whole between the two parts, so it wasn't super comfy.

we arrived past 10 at night. check in was quick and we were assigned rooms in the ground floor - which was good since we barely had energy after a whole day of touring. During check in, they offered to book ATV Sunset tour for us. Even before arrival, Ugur has been messaging me through whatsapp and we booked Balloon rides with them. This was a good decision since balloon flights were cancelled during our stay and we did not have to worry about refunds since we were supposed to pay at the hotel. Hotel staff and boss are very helpful Breakfast was ok. 2 or 3 cheese options. bread, yogurt, cereals, juice, jams and coffee. But our favorite is the puff pastry served hot everyday. Room was a bit dated, but I guess that's the decor that would go with a CAVE-ish environment. But sleep was comfortable. Restaurants and stores are a 5 minute walk down the hill. There's also a restaurant nearby - MayaCappadocia - and we enjoyed coffee and dessert there. Since there were no balloon flights in the 2 mornings that we were there, we requested for the ATV ride to be shifted to a sunrise tour instead of sunset tour. On the day of our departure, the shuttle service we booked was late and reception helped us to contact a taxi who can send us to Kayseri. But the shuttle arrived before the taxi came to the hotel and there was no problem in cancelling the taxi.

Felt pressured to book the ATV ride. It was late at night and were tired from our flight but reception was discussing it nonstop, even after we aid that we will decide in the morning - so we just went ahead and booked it even if we knew that there will be conflicts with other tours that we have previously booked. Luckily, everything went well and we were able to enjoy the ATV tour

Excellent location. Very close to main market area. Easy to walk down. Nice property, cozy terraces to sit outside rooms and enjoy morning balloons or evening tea. Hotel owner was very helpful in arranging the ballon ride, taxi for sight seeing and also airport pick up and drop and always available to respond to queries.

Rooms are nice and well equipped, but the beds need to be made comfortable as they are very uncomfortable and creaky. Breakfast is pretty average and finishes off fast, if you don't reach on time it's not refilled always.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The room was immaculate, with stunning views and all the amenities one could wish for. The food at the on-site restaurant was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which allowed me to explore the city easily. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel for another memorable experience. Highly recommended!

location of the hotel is superb, less than 500 mts you can reach the busy market area. beautiful valley view from the room, nice comfortable bed. We had an early check in and they accommodated us & even served breakfast ... thank you !!

Courtyard area & open area of the restaurant on the 1st floor was not bad but could be enhanced with swings, planters, better seatings and even Photo Booth props. Restaurant was very dark, needs more aesthetic layout

Location was great. About a 5 min walk to the town centre. The room was very spacious and a nice big comfortable bed. The hotel was about a 10 min walk (up a very big hill) to reach a great viewing point to see the hot balloons. The views from the hotel were beautiful as well and you could see the balloons from there as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged airport shuttles easily. Breakfast was basic but substantial, and could make your eggs on request. The bathroom had a spa bath which was a nice feature.

The TV in the room was quite small compared to the size of the room. There was a window very high up that wouldn't be reachable without a ladder which unfortunately didn't have any blinds or curtains which was irritating when the sun came up.
