The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the main touristic locations. Good value for price.

The A/C didn't work and the acoustic in bad so I had trouble sleeping with all the noise from the street,

We booked a room with a double bed, but they still gave us two twin beds. There is nothing to do in the hotel other than sleep and eat breakfast. (It's not a big deal for short term stays)

However, there was a minor hiccup that affected my overall satisfaction. One aspect that slightly dampened my experience was the air conditioning. While the room had an air conditioner, unfortunately, it struggled to reach the temperature I desired. Despite discussion with the hotel team, the room remained a bit warmer than I would have preferred. After a few attempts to get it right, we decided to open the windows to allow some fresh air in, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breeze from outside helped maintain a comfortable temperature, but it would have been more convenient if the air conditioning had met my expectations. Despite this setback, the hotel's positive aspects outweighed the minor inconvenience.

We are couple stay at this hotel for 6 days. The staff were very good,they greeted us in a good way and bring our luggage to our room. Location was good ,there is alots of restaurant in a walking distance. Transportation wise only in 100 metres walk you can find the tram station.so it's easy to explore the most touristic area with istanbulkart.Public transportation is more convenient and cheaper. Breakfast wise is good too..got alot of varieties. The Indonesian (boy)waiter was so polite and good. Conclusion it was a nice stay.Thank you.

I dont like aircond ,it must repaired and changed to a new one.The aircond make noise.But at the same day the change to a different room.i felt better.thank you to the staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke very good English, making it easy to communicate. They were not overly involved at all, but were always available to help when necessary. The rooms were good and bathroom was very clean. Not extremely massive rooms but the size was very comfortable. We booked 2 rooms next to one another and did not experience any issues. I would definitely recommend staying here. Location was very convenient, close to many attractions - 10/15 min taxis to most places I went to.

The hotel is in a street off the main road plenty of shops around to eat from, breakfast is good small bit they have the basic things someone would have for breakfast, staff are amazing very friendly and welcoming 😊 p.s rashid was very helpful . hotels needs bit of upgrading but still it’s nice small. The cleaner was amazing would clean room no matter what time we left the room.

-More breakfast options - think the carpets very old needs to be changed - shower I felt needed a good scrub 😬 rest of bathroom was clean

However, the rooms have everything that you would need for a comfortable night's stay, including a safe box for your documents. The hotel's internet speed is not super fast, which may make video calls difficult, but it is sufficient for web browsing and checking emails. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience of staying at the hotel. Breakfast is included in the room price, but it is not as fancy as in some other places in Istanbul. There is not too much meat available, and there is an additional charge for some items like amulet, which may not be to everyone's liking. However, the jam provided is delicious, while the coffee is not as good in your opinion. Overall, the All Seasons hotel in Istanbul is a nice and affordable option for those looking for a convenient location and comfortable accommodation. The hotel is not perfect, but it has everything that you need for a pleasant stay.

Mr Osaman / Ibrahim / Nasir in front office were really helpful, room service was excellent and whatever you ask that will take care at the next minute. Breakfast was value for money because hotel room was included breakfast, location was very convenient to metro station and it is only 100 meters away . Furthermore, they arranged Bursa snow trip absolutely more than value for we paid . I can recommend this hotel for any family who love to spend their vacation in Istanbul .

If like me you are looking for a place to comfortably have a good night sleep after lots of sightseeing and walking, this is the place. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very functional everything was carefully thought of for your convenience i.e light switch/ charging pot on the head board you do not need to stand up, room had grey wall paper which made the room cozy and bedroom like, they had blackout blinds which meant you could sleep in , bathroom and toilet just enough for what you need to do in there and shower power was perfect, room was cleaned everyday and there was a kettle ,tea bags and sugar.It is located within a walking distance to the tram which takes you to every spot you wish to visit. There are amazing, very affordable places to eat within a walking distance and the food is amazing. And people who work there are very nice, kind and speak English.

Breakfast though included needs a some work simple eggs bread tea coffee juice cereal would have been wonderful instead of chips parsley and uncut salad leaves. walls are a bit thin “if you know what i mean”

Stayed for a few days. On arrival, i requested if i could check in 5 hours early as i arrived in the morning. They were very kind enough to allow this, which i thought was great. No charge. The staff were very helpful perfect location for public transport. On Friday, they was a huge market on, selling clothes and jewellery for pennies compared to grand bazaar which is quite pricey. There were no rooms available for me the next day as i had not booked, but luckily they arranged a room as they was a last minute cancellation. Room nice and clean. Highly recommended.
