- there is no private parking, you should go to park at Anka's hotel underground parking, right at the corner of the street. You negotiate with the guy there the price. I recommend not taking the car out, because you have public transport.

A nice touch was the free mini bar, replenished daily with water bottles and cold drinks. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was sizable and well-kept, complete with essential toiletries. Service (5/5): The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always readily available to assist with inquiries and requests. I particularly appreciated their accommodating response to my late check-in due to a flight delay. The rooms were also cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast / Food (3/5): The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, though I was hoping for a more authentic Turkish breakfast experience.

One of the drawbacks was the size of the gym, which I found to be quite small. Although the breakfast spread was acceptable, the consistent lack of variety in the menu was disappointing. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if the hotel could introduce greater diversity to the breakfast options.

- The location is exceptional: it is literally in front of the tram and in an area full of restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. - The staff is next level, really helpful and friendly, and always making you feel so welcomed. We stayed only 2 days and the gentleman that checked us in was specially welcoming and warm with us, he even offered us the breakfast for free so that we would give it a try in case we’d be interested to get it next time we go back. (Thank you Mr. Semih) - The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable.

The bathroom was clean, in general, but in one of the corner of the wall of the shower there was some mold, which shocked me because in my previous stays the bathroom had always been immaculate. It was not a huge deal but I would recommend them to please pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the shower.

The property was immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, regularly checking in to see if we needed our room cleaned. The hotel is centrally located, directly across from the Findikzade tram station, offering convenient access to key attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Eminönü, Spice Bazaar, and Galata Port, making it very well-connected and convenient for sightseeing. A very special thank you and shout-out to Suat, Erdoğan, and Tolha, who provided exceptional service and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Their kindness was the cherry on top of our visit to Istanbul. They made us feel at home, even though we were far from home. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Staff was brilliant. Location was accessible, tram station and bus stop just outside the hotel so local travel was easy and convenient, taxi pick up /drop off point right at the door of hotel. Hotel near some good restaurants. Yigit and Ugur at reception and Mediah in housekeeping were fab and looked after us very well. Room was in the front of the hotel on a busy road so was bit noisy at night. Some guests smoked in their rooms even though there were notices all around the hotel to not to smoke. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay again in future.

We had a very nice stay at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City! The location is fantastic—right next to the tram, making it super easy to reach all the prime spots in Istanbul with a short transit. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. In fact, both the stay and breakfast were comparable, if not better, than another five-star hotel we stayed at in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The cleaning staff was especially kind and made us feel warm and cozy throughout our stay. Another great highlight was the pricing—compared to other hotels, it was unmatched in terms of value for money.

The only downside was the WiFi connectivity, which was unstable in the room. However, this small issue didn’t take away from our overall experience.
