The hotel location is great. It is near Osmenbay Metro station. There are a number of restaurants, small bars, and money exchanges very near as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. They serve a tasty light breakfast. It is not a buffet. Breakfast consists of boiled eggs, sliced meat and cheeses, sliced vegetables, fresh bread, coffee, or tea. The room was cozy, with a balcony. It is outfitted well with a kitchen sink, small refrigerator, and a small washing machine. The fixtures are pretty new, and the bed is very comfortable. The property is an excellent value and will be staying there again next time I'm in istanbul.

Honestly booking this hotel my sister and i were very hesitant because of all the negative reviews, but the price and the location were very good compared to what was said, so we took the risk and booked it and we were very pleased with what we got. The location is honestly PERFECT! right next to nisantasi and 5 mins walk to osman bey metro station and 2 mins away walk to the bus station. The room is very big and has a lot of amenities like a washer for your clothes, fridge, cutlery and plates. the bathroom and the room it self were very spacious and very clean too which was a huge concern to us, but it exceeded our expectations. the cleaning lady was super nice and she did a great job every-time, and even the times that we put a "do not disturb" sign she wouldn't enter the room which was respectable. there was an elevator that was good. lastly on the last few days of our stay they hired a new receptionist who speaks good english and he was very helpful and nice.

Two things that this hotel could work on is the door is quite small and heavy so we have to push it everytime and if you are carrying a lot of stuff it might be an issue, the breakfast is quite meh.. very bland all processed packaged items so don't expect anything from it i personally only tried it once and never ordered it again. lastly the staff or the owners were Turkish so it was hard communicating with them as they didn't understand english very good but with google translate we managed to communicate basic stuff, hopefully they still keep that new man cause he is really helpful and professional.

We liked very nice location of the hotel, centrally located, in a nice and posh Nişantaşi quarter, with wide choice of shops, restaurants, exchange office and metro station near by. Reception staff, Ms. Bahar and Mr. Furkan were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgetable! We will never forget our welcome drink after a long flight and taxi ride 😃 - the most tastefull turkish coffee ☕️☕️ served with smile on a cosy veranda 🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛🐈! Very good value for money overall. We will definitelly come back again in the near future 🥰🥰

The location is great. Nisantasi, Taksim square are in walking distance. The streets behind the hotel are full of cute bars, restaurants, and cafes. The hote is located in a quite street and it is really comfortable. It has comfortable beds and it has washing machine and a water boiler which is great.

In our stay we had few disappointments. The first day we noticed our bed sheets have stains on them and we asked the reseption to change them. First, the front man didn’t believe me and asked to check them himself. After he saw the stains are old, he gave us a new bed sheet without even apologizing. The breakfast also was dissappointing. Everyday the same cold breakfast with a boiled egg. We got tired after some days and stopped asking for it. They also didn’t have the food they provided in their menu to order when we asked. The safe also didn’t work and it was broken.

We had a very great time at Andi Hotel. The breakfast was enough and a good point is that they brought it up to our room. The metro to the city center was very close to us and took only 30 minutes to get the other side of the city. The room was very quiet. They have almost 0-24 reception and locked the door for the night.

The breakfast overall was delicious but i think a little amount for a grown man. Few of the workers didn’t speak english very well, but google translate always solve everything.

Elevator small, a small ramp in the street and steps at entrance.

I like the location which was close to all interesting spots and places. comparing to the price it was convenient for me , may be not to for a family. The staff were very welcoming and kind especially Ali and Forqan, they were so helpful and so nice. Ali showed a professional performance.

The most thing I had issue with is the entrance; It might be modified in better way to be open fully from left to right , I faced hard times getting up my baby trolley in.

The Location was amazing, it was so easy to go and shop and come back to the hotel and drop off the bags. also the hotel from the outside looks normal but when you enter the room it had everything you need to enjoy your stay including washing machine, dish washing sink which you dont see in many hotels!

There was no sign of the hotel at the beginning i was walking for few minutes to find out where is the hotel, the room wasnt as quiet as expected, towards the night the sound of the cars was abit loud.
