I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient, near the metro subway and bus stop. The 24/7 room service was reliable with delicious food. There's also a nice mall nearby called Capitol Shopping Center with lots of brands and diverse food options. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for travelers.

During my stay, the minibar attendant entered the room quickly after just a few knocks, which was inconvenient. Another time, the same attendant knocked persistently early in the morning, even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, just to deliver toilet paper.

Location was convenient for us.Underground station was super close by and there is a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants near by.Room was specious,beds were comfortable and I believe furniture is newly refurbished as everything was new and clean.Reception staff was super friendly and helpful.The gentlemen who helped us with our luggages after we checked in was informative and friendly unfortunately I can’t remember his name.Also we dine in couple of times at the hotel’s restaurant and the lady who served was super polite.

Bathroom had mould.Our tv wasn’t working and maintenance spent more than 30 minutes however couldn’t fix it then reception team offered us a room move however the room was half size of our original room so we decided to stay in our room without TV.Next day Tv was fixed but the following day was gone again,reception mention that they have to inform maintenance and reset the TV however it didn’t happen.

I absolutely loved the Aspera Hotel Altunizade! The best thing about it was the fantastic location. It's just a short walk away from Capital Mall, which has everything you need: H&M, Mango, sunglasses shops, food stalls, Starbucks, and Cafe Nero etc. . It was so convenient to have all these options at my fingertips. Whether I wanted to go for a quick walk or do some shopping and grab a snack, I could easily come and go throughout the day. Also- the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, along with the amazing reception staff. They were so attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I had initially booked a stay at the Radisson Blue Asia, thinking it would be a luxurious experience- I wanted a break!. However, it turned out to be a disappointment. The staff there couldn't accommodate my early arrival when I got there (even though I advised them weeks before and they said it was fine), and they were unhelpful when it came to payment options. It was a frustrating experience as there was no explanations and no solutions offered. Whilst still in Radisson Blue Asia, I sat down and booked Aspera Hotel Altunizade on booking.com. This was a recommendation made previously to me, but I decided to go with Radisson as I thought I trusted the household name (a lesson for me not to assume they are all high standards) I am so glad I made that choice to change hotel in that moment. The difference in service and care was like night and day as soon as I stepped into Aspera. From the moment I arrived at the Aspera Hotel Altunizade, They greeted me with a warm smile. That alone was comforting after such a cold response from the previous hotel. They were always ready to offer advice and recommendations, and any issues were handled with utmost concern and sincerity (e.g. When my room service went to a wrong room due to miscommunication and it wasn’t actually anyone’s fault!).

I loved everything. No issues at all! However- I know the hotel is located on a major road, but that didn't bother me at all. The close proximity to all the amenities and the ease of access to everything I wanted locally made it totally worth it. It's like staying in a lively city area, where you expect to hear some noise. As a solo traveller it was actually very comforting. Dont let that stop you if you’re looking for about quiet, but still want to stay, just get ear plug for sleeping. :-).

I chose the hotel because the location was close to a Medical Facility that I was visiting in Istanbul. The place has a nice interior and the suite i have chosen was very nicely furnished, clean, spacious and comfortable. I tried the Spa center and the Bali massage was top. Staff working in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had poor choice and quite tasteless. The Gym was opening after 11 , which in my opinion is quite late and couldn't use it like I was planning. Also there was an A/C central system which was quite loud and bothering me during the nights.

It was a very quiet and clean place. Nearly all of the staff was so kind and cheerful. The room and the bathroom were huge. The heating system worked really well.

At the last day of my stay, I wanted to stay for one night because I wanted to rest. My door and my room phone was ringing non stop because I was told I have to go down and pay for this extra accommodation immediately. I said I will pay of course but I need to rest before. Then 2-3 staff came and get in the room and one lady was literally shouting at me to come down and make the extra payment. I stayed there for 3 nights and made the payment in advance and of course I was gonna make this additional payment since I am not going anywhere else just needed a little rest. It was very unkind behavior. I strongly believe I should not be scolded by an hotel staff for falling asleep in my own hotel room which I am supposed to be resting.

There was one incident where the Manager was rude to us. My wife underwent a surgery and was resting at the hotel after she was discharged from the hospital. A friend had just landed at Istanbul and came to visit her straight from the airport. The luggage of my friend was kept at the reception and after some time, the Manager called us up and said that we can't keep the luggage at the reception and the guest needs to leave since they can only allow visitor for 15 minutes. Quite ridiculous behavior from the Manager which we have never seen in any hotels we have stayed till date. I hope the hotel takes note and ensures no other guests face such a situation.

It is a really good hotel in the centre of one of Istanbul`s busy towns with easy access to underground metro. Rooms are in decent size and good for families. Breakfast was extra for the price we paid but it was a good convenience with 2 little kids rather than go out and find somewhere else, it was international breakfast with good options and nice omelettes. Cleaning was also good and we had no issue with noise which is important with a fussy sleeper..

The location was great. Easy access to metro, bus, mall, restaurants. The breakfast was a typical Turkish one and had a nice selection. It isn't included in the room price so we ate other places some mornings. Our room was on the top floor, back side, of the building and was very quiet. The staff were all very kind.

The pillows were all rather firm.

The property looks beautiful, looks luxury all in marble walls, it is clean to the perfection, room service was on point, The food is amazing and The prices are very affordable, The restaurant stuff is absolutely kind always in a good mood with a smiley faces, Front desk is very helpful as well… it’s a beautiful space to spend time at…. I have done the surgery so I spent 15 days in this hotel, enjoyed every minute of it, I included the breakfast in my package and it was absolutely worth it, it’s a Buffay, lots of choices very tasty, I was not hungry up until the dinner at all to be honest with u… The property is five minutes away from Capitol the mall, where else I spend my days shopping and dining going to the movies, it’s a great area to be at, Cab is very easy to catch, absolutely everything was perfect about my stay at Aspera and I would highly recommend it to everyone!!!! if I ever come back to Istanbul this will be my place to go to!!!

I have no complaints, everybody was so kind, proper, nice with a smiley faces… my recovery was pleasant because of an amazing stuff working at Aspera. it was quiet and nobody bothered, when needed they were there… Super organized and that was very important for me…
