Extremely good service, very very accommodating, great price and location. I'd def come again!

Just some small thing like the toilet was a bit wobbly and stuff like that but it's nothing I care about, nothing that was "bad" or had a negative effect on my stay :)

First of all, our stay was great. We were able to check in even though it was late. They are open 24 hours. Their wifi is very fast and unlimited. Free tea and coffee. Their free breakfast is sufficient. It is an ideal place to stay in Istanbul. It is close to the metro and metrobus.

Area is good, close to shops, malls, nature and city. Close to Bosphorus and ferry boat stations. Multiple Bus routes. Rooms were great. Colour scheme was good in the rooms. Bathroom was very good quality, shower was huge and water was perfectly hot. Breakfast was great. All fresh. We know the rooms are clean as we see the staff cleaning all the time when rooms are vacated.

Was a little bit of traffic which was noisy in the afternoon - next to a main road. Was only there for 2 days so not sure how often anyway. If you are really not a smoking person or don't like the smell put 'non smoking' as a booking preference.

The location

Nothing is good breakfasts is awful never in a week they came to clean the room they dont even enter to cleared the dust bin not even do the bed or change of bed sheets

The staff was nice and helpful. There was great parking. The kitchen was accessible as we reached there very late and used the kitchen to heat up food. The room was spacious and had a fridge.

The breakfast could’ve been better as it was very basic.

Very clean place (bathroom needed some renovation, but was clean anyway!;)), Bed was extremely comfortable, A/C was efficient and not too loud Staff was nice and polite Bread was that fresh that butter was melting on it, if you know what I mean.;)

My room was a bit noisy (I could hear the street sounds in the mornings), bathroom needs to be renovated

it’s a lovely family run hotel - cannot fault it. I was visiting turkey on my own to get a hair transplant and laser eye surgery. the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. they organised taxis for me to help me get to and from my appointments. The breakfast was good, an authentic Turkish breakfast which was nice because I didn’t get a chance to see much of Istanbul due to the nature of my visit. The room was extremely clean and great value for money! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel definitely met my expectations, the rooms were clean and warm, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the breakfast was ideal, I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed as a single woman, there was no problem with security, cleaning and breakfast were great, the staff was very caring and friendly, the cleaning was exactly what I wanted Everything was very good

Everything was perfect

An affordable hotel in the very center of Istanbul. It is very close to the Istanbul Bridge, you can reach the Bosphorus by walking for 10 minutes. It was a very good experience.
