It’s my second time at asur hotel and I must say, it was just as good as my first experience. The staff at this hotel are really friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Finally, the location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. It's situated in a prime location with easy access to many local attractions and amenities. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I am already looking forward to my next stay :).

The location is excellent, very close to gulhane tramway station (great connections) and gulhane park, aya sofia, blue mosque...even the spice market and grand bazaar are pretty close from the hotel. They offer superb breakfast, great internet, great service, luggage storage...highly recommended!

They should provide free bottles of water in the fridge every day (for example 2 bottles x 500ml). There was 2 x 500ml bottles only the day when you check in. This is my recommendation to improve guest satisfaction. Its not a big expense and it would mean alot finding cold water in the hotel room mini-fridge after a day out in warm weather.

The room and the service were great. Everything in the room looks new. There is a fridge in the room. The location is super convenient. I would rate it 10 out of 10.

BUT the walls are paper-thin. If your fellow guests are quiet, you're good. If they decide to discuss something at 1 AM, you will be included in the conversation as a listener. I wish jokes were in a language I understand. Bring your earplugs with you. Just in case.

Everything I will write is 100% correct and without any courtesy, as some hotels before leaving it ask me to rate the hotel highly, even if it is bad, but this hotel was very excellent in terms of location, cleanliness and dealing with all employees, whether the receptionist or even Its employees, and if I mentioned names, I will oppress the rest of the employees. Entering and exiting the hotel is very easy, and there is no difficulty in reaching it, and it is close to all services.

Breakfast at Asur hotel was delicious every morning and plenty variety of food. My sister and I enjoyed every morning helping ourselves with everything freshly made for us and I cant tell enough how helpful and friendly was the staff at Asur hotel starting from the manager to the cleaner of the hotel making sure we were comfortable and looked after very well. They organised the taxi pick up themselves from the airport and back to airport again on our way home. Location is perfect , 10 min walk to all famous sightseeing places and Gulhane Garden and very close to Bosphorus bridge and of course plenty nice restaurants around the area all handy. I'm bringing my whole family next time to stay in this lovely hotel. Why I never noticed this hotel during my previous visits to Istanbul?.. All staff speaks English perfect and eager to help anytime you need anything. This hotel ticks all the boxes budget friendly, location wise and cleanliness and a great team!

Azur Hotel is in the best location, I have been in Istanbul many times, but Asur Hotel has the best location. It is close to everything, to the tram station, Marmaray Sirkeji, Eminonu ferry station. 5 minutes to Hagia Sophia, 5 minutes to the Mahmud Pasha market, everything so close. The staff is excellent, very helpful and the cleanness of the hotel is super. I saw the kitchen door open and was shocked with the cleanness. It is a small hotel with small rooms, but the location, cleanness and breakfast is more than one can hope for. I will return to Asur hotel by all means and will recommend to my friends. The little street where it is located is very lively, with many nice restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant too and it is always nice to enjoy beer or dinner when you come back in the evening.

I liked eveything

Staff were amazing and our stay was very comfortable. Location is second to none in a very safe and central neighbourhood. We will definitely book in here next time we are back in Istanbul. Great value for money and highly recommended.

It's hard to find anything we didn't like. Even the generous buffet breakfast still offered plenty of choice when we arrived just before breakfast service closed.

Located off a main street the Asur hotel was in a great location. The breakfast was good. The room though a bit small was clean and perfectly reasonable. The staff were great and very helpful.

The lock on the bathroom door was iffy and gets stuck a bit. Not a big problem but was annoying.

The staff of the Asur Hotel is its biggest strength. We were spoiled during our stay. The hotel is also extremely clean, and the breakfast offer is well variated. The position is perfect to visit Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi palace (walking distance).

The neighborhood is very touristic and it is difficult to find authentic and reasonably priced restaurants (although the hotel restaurant itself is good and it offers a 20% discount for those staying at the hotel).
