Nice hotel very close to the city old area; just five minutes walk and near a train station. The staff working at the hotel were very kind; they wait for us late at night and were very willing to help. Rooms were fully equiped, even with an extra blanket. They are very new, nice and clean, which is not common in Istanbul neither in other hotels of the area with this price. We were very happy with our stay and we will repeat without a doubt if we come back to Istanbul.

Transport from the airport offered by the hotel was very expensive; we booked it with an external and famous company by half of price hotel was asking for. But we investigated and their price was the same other hotels were asking for, so it seems to be common. The hotel has some steps for the lobby. It was not an issue for us but it can be for some persons or situations.

1- Amazing place, I came from Istanbul airport by bus, then I just took T1 tram direct to Gulhane station 2 minutes beside the hotel! And it is one station by the same tram or 5 minutes walking to Sultanahmet station (Aya Sofia and the Blue mosque station) And if you want to go to Taksim square and Istiklal street from there it is also easy! Take the T1 tram to Kabatas then F1 métro (one station) and here you are at Taksim! I stayed for 4 days in Istanbul, 2 nights in Flower palace and 2 nights in Taksim and I regret that I didn’t book the whole 4 nights at this hotel! 2- Room was Clean and organized and with a lovely balcony with flowers looking at the Main Street! 3- Staff are friendly and helpful! Specially the decent man in the morning shift! He helped me a lot and was smiling and kind! I would definitely stay the whole days of my next visit in Istanbul in this hotel!

1- tram is passing in the street of the hotel but to be honest after 12 PM you don’t hear it is noise because the street became calm! I am a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me! 2- TV doesn’t have English channels! but it was also not a big issue as I spent most of my day exploring the city! 3- the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but in Istanbul it is actually an advantage so you can try a new place for breakfast every morning!

The property is in a very good location with the Blue mosque being 5-10 min walk, restaurants and shops around the hotel. There is close tram and train stops, which made travelling to other parts of Istanbul very easy. The accommodation itself was good, very clean and welcoming receptionist. We had a twin room and it was a bit smaller than we would’ve liked but we moved the beds a little to make more floor space. Overall a really good stay and I’d be back.

Overall, we are totally pleasant with this hotel. The staff is very friendly, courteous, helpful. They helped to resolve any issues we had during the stay. The price was the same as mentioned before at reservation. The room exactly matched the photo on booking.com. The photo is genuine. The elevator is working well. The room is clean and very comfortable. Hot shower, toilet, free WiFi, TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle and other facilities were working well. There was no unpleasant smell in the room. The staff cleaned the room and changed the bedding every day. As soon as the temperature drops outside, the heating is turned on, so that the room was always warm. The location is perfect. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants, nearby. Gulhane tram station, Sirkedji Marmaray station, Eminonu ferri terminal are located nearby, therefore, you can reach any place in Istanbul easily. SultanAhmet Mosque, Gulhane park, Topkapi Palace, Süleymaniye Mosque, Bosphorus and other Istanbul attractions are in walking distance. Cosidering the best location, I think the price is very reasonable. If we are in Istanbul again, we hope to stay at this hotel again. Great location, walking distance from major attractions but also to the tram/metro station if needed. Very clean, every day the room was made up and clean towels were provided. Room is on the smaller side, but very comfortable with all necessities provided. Great value for the price paid. Transfers to and from airport booked through property at a good price.

The transfer back to the airport was incorrectly booked by the hotel to the wrong airport - fortunately we caught it in time so the driver took us to the right airport and we still made our flight. Make sure to check with the driver to avoid such mistakes, as they can happen.

the room was very clean and the cleaning lady would perfectly clean the room everytime .the receptionists were very friendly. i would like to thank Hassan very much for his kindness and his help he made our stay more wonderfull 😊. even though we booked without breakfast there is always free coffe on the rooftop terrace wich by the way has a wonderful view 😍

i give 9/10 just because the fridge was very low (basically not usable) so if you have some spare food from a restorant or anything that needs to stay cool for the night you should basically consume it or it gets ruined.

Nice, cozy hotel. Located just 10 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Kapali Carsi (Grand Bazaar), 2-3 minutes walk from the first metro station (lines T1 and B1). Nice, big and clean rooms, clean sheets and towels. Rooms are equipped with hair dryer, small shampoos, coffee and tea. Staff was very helpful for anything we needed. On the 7th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view over Istanbul, and there you can get free coffee from coffee machine and tea.

It can be a bit noisy because the hotel is situated in a lively neighbourhood, and the tram is passing by in the next street. There can be some weird smells from the bathroom (sewerage system).

My mum and I were so impressed by these 2 days we spent in Stambul. Thanks to this wonderful hotel and its location we saw the most famous places of interest. It took us less then 2 minutes to get to all those amazing mosques etc. Also you can take a tram and its extremly convenient. The receptionist was polite and we had a very pleasant experience in general. The room was absolutely great for this price. With air conditioning and all necessary facilities. Very cosy and clean hotel. The best place I could find. Another advantage that you don`t have to pay in advance. You can do it as soon as you arrive

The location was perfect and easily accessible to all transportation facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was spacious(same as picture) we chose superior twin room and there was no noise from metro since the room is not directly located on the main road. The room was very clean and everything was daily changed. The facilities were enough for our stay. The value of money was very good.

Location - Friendly Staff - Cleaness We have just left Flower Palace after 8 days. The hotel is family run by very friendly and available people. The location is excellent if you want to visit the main landmarks in Istanbul. The rooms are very comfortable, great bathrooms with very good showers, excellent water pressure as well! Cleaning of the rooms happens every single day together with the change of towels. Reception is open 24 hours and the family who runs the hotel is really extremely helpful and welcoming. Elevator is present and working all the time. Excellent restaurant in front of the hotel where to eat breakfast and all meals.

Nothing for us - there is no breakfast, which you shouldn't mind as the area is super packed with places where to eat your breakfast simple or in great style. Choices for all pockets and tastes 😉
