Very nice hotel, with a strategic position with respect to the city centre. Excellent staff, very kind and supportive for any issue, operating also via Whatsapp and answering in real time. We selected a single room, it is ok even though not very large, but the bathroom is new and well furnished. Nice rooftop restaurant with outstanding panoramic view on the city centre.

Breakfast is ok, but it could include more sweet food.

You can make your decision based on this review.... Start with the location: One of the best locations in Istanbul in terms of access to tourist spots. Nice and clean location. Close to bosphorus also. About Room: Thanks to Azzap first. They gave me a nice room with city view. But thats true as said by other reviewers. Room and toilet size is a bit small but I think its all over the same in Turkish hotels. If you are two adults, its fine but if you have 1-2 kids as well, then dont try to adjust in double room, select family/king size room if they have. About Service & Facilities: Service was good. They gave checkin on time. Staff is always helping and polite. Most of the staff speak/understand English. Lift is also good and fast. Room is very clean and they did the room cleaning daily. Rooftop is also very amazing. Breakfast is nice but limited variety. Final thoughts: A very nice, modern and clean hotel. It was a good value for money for me. I will select this hotel again on my next visit.

1. They accept the payments in Euros but they return the change in Liras not Euros. That was strange for me. 2. They give you only 2 water bottles per day. I think for good hotels like this there should not be any limit on number of bottles.

Spotlessly clean rooms. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows! Quiet hotel with daily free supplies in water and coffee capsules. The roof restaurant is amazing!!! The view,the service and the food were really excellent! Reception was very kind and helpful! Location was perfect! Highly recommended!

The rooms were a little small

An amazing, new hotel in a superb location on the European side of the city. We enjoyed our clean room, blackout curtains, mattress and big shower. The room is quite small, but ok size for two. Breakfast is fabulous, terrace view is amazing, staff is so lovely, everyone is smiling and happy to help.

The huge downside - security. You can open the room from outside with the card key even if you lock the door from the inside. This is a complete no no for me personally, which is a shame as I like everything else in the hotel. Maybe installing a chain or something would be a great idea. Another downside - we had coffee capsules which the hotel kindly provided in the room only to find out that you have to pay for them at checkout. I mean…it’s like minibar I get it, but I have never paid for the coffee using coffee / tea which are in the room. Maybe information about it could be more clearly specified or you can consider to not charge for this or remove it completely.

The quality of service and hospitality by their all staff was extraordinary. As a first time traveler to this city, they don’t let you get stressed and help you with everything by going out of their way and find a solution for you. Communication was not a problem. From reception people to their staff at the restaurant, everyone greets you with a smile each and every time you meet or pass each other.

The size is the hotel is too small and should have had more rooms. we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately we had to move to another hotel nearby because they were fully booked.

We loved our stay here! Very clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic rainfall shower, good wifi and choice of toiletries and complimentary water. We had a meal at the rooftop restaurant and the food was delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff too 😊 The location was excellent, just a 1 min walk from the F2 funicular and 3 mins walk from the Karaköy tram stop.

Our room was on the first floor right by the stairs, so we heard some noise at night from the street and the reception. It's worth asking for a room on the second floor or further up :)

The location of the hotel is perfect. Our flight was delayed, and the hotel representative waited for us. We checked in 2 seconds after we arrived at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast room provides an amazing view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast itself was fantastic. The lady who worked at the canteen greeted every guest, helped them and wished them a nice day. The staff at the reception was always helpful and polite. I would like to thank Ziya for helping us out on our last day getting the transfer to the airport.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the tunnel that takes you to Taksim, and the tram that can take you from Galata to the old part of the city. It is a beautiful hotel! I would love to stay there when I am in Istanbul next time.

In general, the hotel is good. The location is perfect for the sightseeing. Rooms are small, but cozy. Comfortable, air conditioning, hot water, coffee machine, locker, everything worked fine. For the busy part of the city quite quiet. Not bad restaurant on the roof with the super view! If you plan to travel all day and only come to spent night at the hotel, this is a perfect value for money.

Breakfast can be better, not much to choose, even yogurt was a problem. The mattress in room 302 must be checked as was a problem to sleep on. Never go to the restaurants located under Galata bridge!

located in the heart of Istanbul, walking distance to many attractions, the hotel has a fascinating position. nicely furnished, room small but comfortable, good breakfast on the top floor. too bad I did not have a view from the room but the panoramic view from breakfast floor offset that.

The Hotel was really good, small but completely recently renovated I think. The breakfast was very good. It was served in the last floor of the hotel a nice place. The staff were really polite, nice and helpful especially a lady named Burcu which we met her when we came for breakfast. she is really really a nice person always smiling and brought fresh tea and talking with guests. she speaks English very good. I loved her and hope that meet her again. And a young man in reception who helped us a lot. our room was small but really clean. very clean sheets. the location was good It is really close to Glata Tower and very touristic and near sea. in General I recommend this hotel for youngsters and not very old couples. thank you so much for your hospitality.

bed was not very comfortable. there were too many bumps in it but very clean.
