Staff are very friendly and welcoming doing their best to help and make your saty comfortable especially Mr Servet and Mr Selcuk . The apartment is a good size for 2 and kitchen is good equipped. The queen bed room had no AC in the bedroom as it was not clearly mentioned in the description so they were very helpful and change it to double room instead. The amenities of toilet is replaced properly and they provide enough soap and toilet paper

The walls are very thin you can hear noise at night and the smell of cigarette will come through the cent in the toilet and through the stairs. The housekeepers are very nice and polite offering help and supplies and the room is cleaned good most of the time my kids room room is fairly clean but not thoroughly. We had people checked out from our room on the same day of our checking in and there were shoes prints of children on the floor for two days Although the room was cleaned twice but they managed to clean it the third day. Some bedsheets and pillow cases have holes worn out and should be replaced with new ones

The apartment was excellent. Had a nice city view with covered terraces where you can watch the sunset. Beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful and some of them spoke some Arabic which was a bonus! Location is excellent, in a small side street only a few steps away to the Cevahir mall and Metro station. The area around us was pleasant in general and interesting to walk around and explore. So many shops, restaurants and bakeries. Nice vibe.

The elevator was barely enough for our double stroller and barely could accommodate anyone else so we had to use it in turns. Still grateful they had an elevator to begin with. The street was very narrow, you have to be careful from the cars while walking and pushing a double stroller. Lots of beggars and street salesmen around Cevahir targeting Arab tourists.

Surrounded by shops, pharmacies, and bakeries, all within a leisurely two-minute walk, we found everything we needed close at hand. The proximity of the large Cevajir shopping mall just across the street and the metro station a mere 2-3 minutes away made exploring the city incredibly easy. What truly made our New Year celebration special was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel. They sent us delightful sweets and a heartwarming greeting, adding a charming touch to the festivities. Moreover, the fact that this hotel is family-owned and managed was evident in the genuine care and hospitality extended to us. They treated us like cherished family members, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One standout gesture was their complimentary provision of a wheelchair, enabling us to comfortably explore the city—a testament to their commitment to ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay for their guests. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm, inviting, and exceptionally accommodating place to stay.

The property in good location , the staff are fantastic (5 stars staff especially Jawad, Ahamed and kuran ), easy to reach the underground with short walking. I am very great full to each person working in the hotel.

First the location is perfect about 4 mins walk to cevahir mall, metro station and has several bakeries around .. the apartment was clean and cozy the staff are really friendly and welcoming dedicated to serve the gusts specially Koray and Cavid

It was a comfortable place to stay. You could have your kitchen and laundry in a cozy and super-friendly place. The hotel location is fantastic. You can reach any place easily by metro and bus. The 24-hour open front desk was awesome, and the staff was so helpful.

The location is very convenient, the mall and the metro station are 2-min walk, the stores and cafes all and everything is around the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is that the staff is a value. They make you feel as if you are at home and that you are in your own neighborhood. No task or request is hard for them.
