Our stay at the Blisstanbul Hotel was marvelous. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and they assisted us to find commuting options into the city as well as arranged a taxi to take us to the airport the last day. They recommended places to visit and even helped us with our pronunciation in Turkish for the couple of sentences we were using when going around the city! :) The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we had unlimited supply of coffee, tea and water bottles, which were essential in the warm weather. As we were staying for quite some time, and as due to the Eid al Adha festivities the hotel was quiet, we were given a room upgrade, which we really appreciated! Although the hotel was away from the main touristy places it was really well communicated by a metro line and several buses. The neighbourhood was a modern area which lots of shops and restaurants. We really recommend staying in Blisstanbul if you are visiting the city. We will again choose this accommodation when we are back in Istanbul.

Included breakfast and the usual restaurant menu at the hotel weren't as varied and unfortunately didn't give much chance to try as many Turkish delicacies as we would find elsewhere. The hotel has many floors and there is only one lift for guests, which made going up and down the 5 floors to our room a bit less comfortable.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, big and very clean(!) rooms, great shower and very nice restaurant. Also price is more than fair.

2 things that made the stay less than perfect are - noise, the acoustic is not so good, so if you have a loudy neighbors this might be a problem. Also - some pillows are quite old.

This part of the town can be noisy.

The location of the property is excellent. The manager is very approachable, hospitable and resourceful. He is forthcoming to all requests and is always ready to find a solution to all problems. As regular customers, we received a free upgrade. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. It is an excellent value for money.

The only thing that can be improved is the replenishment of toiletries, such as shower gel and toilet paper. We had to remind the housekeeping to do so. But when we did, it was done immediately.

The location was fantastic, with so many shops and restaurants nearby. Also, the metro station and bus station are a 7 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with many varieties. Rooms were very comfortable. I would definetely visit again.

The wifi was slow on some days. Room service could be a bit better.

The manager Veyis and staff were wonderful! A warm welcome after a long flight, attentive to details, an excellent breakfast buffet and a daily check in every morning and afternoon (I was there for work). Very helpful and even offered to change my room if I wanted when a football match caused an unusual level of noise one night!

Location is great - close to the metro lines and a huge shopping center. Staff is very friendly - my friends came to see me while I was having breakfast. Owner offered them a breakfast as well Rooms are very clean - clean and well maintained

Try to get a taxi yourself instead of asking the hotel. Every 10 seconds there are taxis passing by the hotel. I waited for 5 minutes and was charged an extra 80tl because he came to the hotel.

The location is amazing! Close to M2 metroline, 5 minutes walk to Cevahir. Rooms are huge and very clean. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help.

It’s better to organize a taxi yourself. The taxi the hotel wanted to organise for me, took 15 minutes and still not there, while every 10 seconds taxis were passing by. I decided after 15 minutes waiting, to stop a taxi myself. 5 seconds.

The hotel is very nice and located in a very central location. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The staff is very kind and does everything to help and make sure the guest is satisfied. Everything is nearby even super close to the hotel and a great restaurant. I highly recommend next time in Istanbul, I'm not looking for a hotel, I already have one
