Location: However, the central location also meant it was very noisy, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep. Room: The room was comfortable, but the cleaning service was disappointing. During our six-day stay, cleaning was done only twice upon request, and even then, the bedding and towels in the washroom were not changed. Breakfast: The breakfast experience was disappointing. The dining area was tiny, and we often had to wait for a table. Due to the limited options and poor quality, I only had breakfast twice during my six-day stay

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from day one. The staff was exceptional, especially Adam, the Egyptian guy, and Jokhyn, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also perfect, close to everything you might need. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

Although we had a great 7-night stay, there was one thing we liked less. Being on the 5th floor, our room faced Istiklal Street, which is a very lively street that never sleeps. This made the first two nights a bit noisy, which was sometimes disruptive for resting. Fortunately, we got used to it afterward, and it didn’t affect the rest of our stay too much. Despite this small inconvenience, the overall experience was very positive

Gokhan, Hasan and Yunus are among the most helpful people during my entire visit around Istanbul in every service I received. I can't understand some people who set low ratings for the staff as long as Gokhan, Hasan and Yunus have been in service at this hotel. The most perfect possible location, very spacious rooms with all facilities and very clean. As a travel agent with several years of experience in this field, this hotel is definitely recommended. This is the hotel also for my next visit in Istanbul, and also the main suggestion for my guests. Thanks again Gokhan, Hasan and Yunus. Hope to see again soon. Selam Brothers 🫶

Exceptional service from the staff, particularly Yunus and Islam (Receptionists), Adem Hassan ('Floor manager'), and the kitchen staff. Always willing to assist even with non-hotel-related matters. Though there was a language barrier, staff remained friendly and accommodating. Greatly located - easily accessed by shuttles/taxi's.

- Slight cleanliness concerns, particularly changing bed sheets (bed sheets were not frequently changed, even when requested). - Constant/daily requests for restroom amenities (particularly for a 9-nights stay) was quite an inconvenience

Our stay at the Bonno Sonno was phenomenal! From the moment we stepped in, the friendly staff made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and helpful recommendations. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch all at a very affordable price. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend the Bonno Sonno to anyone visiting Istanbul (Taksim Square).

Great location! I highly recommend a room with a balcony. I especially liked the hotel staff and David, I believe he will breathe a sigh of relief when we left the hotel:) I especially liked that every day it was cleaned and our suitcases were brought up and taken down and brought to a taxi, which we could also order directly from the hotel to the airport for a reasonable price. The breakfast aunty was very nice and kept everything nice and clean. I don't understand why many criticize the breakfast - yes, it has a small selection, but there is always the opportunity to go down and eat what the soul desires. We had our fill! It is possible that I will choose this hotel next time as well! I highly recommend!

The breakfast was lovely. Every morning fresh boiled eggs .. Turkish tea .. the cakes .. the different options of salad available .. the kitchen staff was amazing .. every morning with a smile on there face. the staff were absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for me and my partner .. Yusuf / Eslam / Aadam / Hasan the kitchen staff to the cleaners Haider were truly a credit to the hotel. It felt like I was staying at home and not in a hotel. Absolutely amazing people with hearts of gold. Would recommend this hotel very highly I will be back in the near future In Shaa Allah. Staff very accommodating to every need.

Location was just perfect few steps to everywhere 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ Thanks to the Hotel for selecting such a professional & friendly staff whom were always trying to make us feel comfortable by being alert and helpful Thanks to Tugrango, Adam, Yunus, Yusuf and their colleagues for facilitating all and every matter Also I wish to thank the reception team for being alert all the time I once faced an incident outside the Hotel and they saw me in the Camera in no time they were standing with me. Needs some renewal in bed sheets

From the moment we checked in, we loved everything! When reviews tell you it’s the people that make it a home away from home - believe them! The employees are the most kind and heartwarming people we have ever come across. The hotel is directly on Istiklal Caddesi so everything is accessible and no noise from the busiest street of Istanbul. The biggest thank you to the hotel staff behind the reception (sorry boys I don’t remember all your names) and of course Hassan who does anything for you with the biggest smile on his face!!

Nothing to complain. It was a great stay!

Spacious room ( executive suite with jacuzzi and balcony) with comfortable and large beds. Big balcony but neglected furniture and broken tent so we were not protected by the sun or rain ( and it did rain twice so we could not use it). Excellent location on Instiklal street with everything we needed a few steps away. Reception guys very helpful and arranged most of our transpotations. Thank you Adam & Yunus for excellent service! Also very polite personel ( batler, cleaning etc)

Poor breakfast ( quality & options) Although everyone was willing to assist us almost noboby spoke english so communication was difficult.
