Friendly, helpful staff. Ideal location close to public transport (metro, tram, boat) and airport transfers (Havaist bus). 2 minutes walk to Istikal street, 5 minutes to Taksim Square and less than 30 minutes to Galata Bridge and Besiktas.

Thin walls so not ideal for light sleepers. Can hear people in other rooms and elevator going up & down.

The hotel is new, and lobby / rooms are very clean. The staff are extremely helpful. The location is perfectly situated (1-2 mins from the main street, yet very quiet and peaceful). I'd be glad to stay here again when I next visit Istanbul. The roof top terrace was not that much in use when we stayed, but was open to use, and it has amazing view of the busy Taksim Square. Nice to take a coffee up there on a morning and a glass of wine on the evenings. Thanks again to the amazing staff, and thanks for making our stay a wonderful one.

I wouldn't say there was things I didn't like. If I was going to give some constructive feedback: I could advise the elevator is a little on the small size, but fine to use for 2 people, and the reception would take care of your luggage separately. The room service looked great in the menu, with a good selection to cater for many cultures, although I'd say that the price was on the expensive side, so we didn't bother to use it, and simply went to many other food / drink places in the area (and there are 100's at half the price).

The view on the terrace is really beautiful, during day and at night. You can see how vast the city is and multiple landmarks. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They’re 24/7 available and will help you immediately. The location of the hotel is just a 2 minute walk from Taksim square. It’s surrounded by places to eat, also right next to the shopping street. There is a car parking next to the hotel. Although I wouldn’t recommend using a car to get there. Like most old city centers it’s a nightmare to drive around Taksim. You’re better off using the metro which is just a 2 minutes walk away. The rooms are small like the pictures show, but we used it only to sleep so it was no problem. In the lobby there are tables to drink coffee or tea, or you can go to the roof terrace and enjoy the view there. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is actually roomy. If your room is on the street side, there is a small balcony. The rooms were very clean and modern. Overall we enjoyed are stay and would like to come back there.

The hotel is amazing and brand new. It is so cosy and family run. The rooms are well equipped, and heated. the shower; oh my gawd. The rain shower is exactly what i needed after a cold rainy night. I am glad they dont charge for the water bill or I would have exceeded my room budget for the night. The bathroom is so lovely and inviting and has a heater hence its exactly what u need after walking in the cold The hotel is a 2 min walk from taksim square. Its centrally located The staff are very inviting, friendly and speak proper english. The owner is so nice as well as the front desk staff. The old man at the in- house cafe made us a nice cup of turkish coffee right after we came back from outside. It was so delicious i wanted a second cup . However i had an early flight hence needed to sleep. Breakfast is available on request All in all, its a perfect new centrally located hotel.

The staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly and genuine. We felt very well looked-after. The room although small was perfect for what we needed and was spotlessly clean and very comfy; air con was strong and easy to use in the room. Location was super close to Taksim Metro and Funicular, buses to other ateas and lots of restaurants and shops but our room was very quiet. We’d happily stay there again for our next trip to Istanbul!

Very kind and friendly staff with good English, they could speak many languages. Best location for accommodation - clean, quiet and private street few steps away from safe busy street. Metro station minutes away, Taksim area is perfect for walking around but super safe. Terrace with city view. Interior is modern, maybe newly furnished and renovated, super clean. Bathroom was the cleanest, quality looking I've seen in Istanbul.

Only thing is the room could be a little tight. For me, it was no problem but maybe for some people they might not see it coming. But as far I've seen through Istanbul, most hotels are super narrow and tight, for youthful people this could be a good pick considering the location and privacy. Personally, wouldn't suggest for a big family.

Great location on a calm street just beside the touristy Istiklal avenue full of shops and cafes. Roof terrace with open access and great view on Taksim square and city. Hotel itself seems to be in a very good condition. There are 7 floors with rooms and terrace is 8th, you can take an elevator to all residential floors but you’d have to take last flight of stairs to get to the rooftop. There is an in-hotel bar and room service available from a nearby restaurant (the hotel itself does not have a kitchen), though I personally have not tried it. Even though there is a mosque nearby, windows provide decent soundproofing when closed, if you are not interested in calls to prayer.

Rooms are quite small — this is not a negative per se, but something to have in mind depending on how long you’re gonna stay. Consequently, bed in our particular room was not big as well, but it was comfortable enough for a short stay. Another consequence of a smaller rooms and not ideally soundproof doors is that you can hear people outside of your room. Overall smaller rooms and other facilities are expected for a hotel that is located in a very heart of an old district.

The hotel is at the very heart of the city. Lovely and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Ayhan for his expert guidance on the city. Impeccably clean and quite rooms.it was restful after the excitement and the fatigue of our busy day. Definitely exceeded our expectations.
