For 4 night stay they didnt change covers of the pillow and blanket also they were so old many times used and very old.

We went to Istanbul for our honeymoon, They prepared and designed the room for us and left a Fruit basket in the fridge which was really delightful.Beautiful view of Istiklal Street could be seen from the window. The staff were all friendly. I had a little check-in problem in the beginning but the hotel manager (Mr.Volkan) handled it very well and kindly. The most wonderful things about this hotel are the excellent location and the very beautiful terrace on the 8th floor.

The room was a bit small and the breakfast Items were limited but acceptable compared to the room price. Also, It is noisy as it is in Istiklal street which wasn’t a problem for us.

In my opinion, it was very good in general, especially if you want to have a hotel on Estiklal Street, the location was really good, the staff were very kind, the breakfast was good, and the location on the top floor was beautiful for breakfast.

The space in the rooms was very, very small, even there was no space to put the luggage in the room. Unfortunately, there was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, but overall it was good.

The Internet speed was unreliable and kept breaking. Definitely won't be able to take meetings or anything work related. The sheets were not comfy material and peeled considering Turkey is known for cotton I was expecting better quality sheets.

I admire the staff and the Manager Mr. volkan is very kind and generous. all the staff works to make us pleased we were a family. Breakfast is fantastic 👌 the hotel is perfect I recommend it 10 by 10

Location was very good. Also they can help you with the COVID test and transfer to the airport at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Sakir was really nice and tried to help when was a miss understanding regards the room and all was ok in the end. All the staff was happy to help and make you feel comfortable. Taking in consideration that the property is in a very good location, the price was ok and also surprised me how clean and organised.

The internet connection is not the best, and rooms are a bit small, apart of that everything ok. Also the lift is a big issue there, you might end up waiting ages for it.

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul, on Istiklal Boulevard, between Taksim Square and Galata Tower. The rooms are very clear, the staff is polite. The breakfast was ok. Everyday they changed the towels with new and clear ones. The elevator was a bit slow sometimes but it wasn't a problem. We didn't have any problems with the night life and the noise.

Good place, excellent location in the middle of Istiklal Street, Taksim. Clean and suitable for accommodation and the price is good.

Arriving by taxi is a little difficult and there is noise at night because it is in the middle of Istiklal Street. Breakfast is very simple.

It is located at the most perfect location for shopping. Everybody is kind and attentive. We delayed at Breakfast but they still took care of us.

Towels were old. slippers were missing but upon request they brought it on time. However, next day after clean slippers were gone and new ones were not left. Also toothbrush and razor is not included. Only Soap, shower gel and shampoo is in Bath. Location is little noisy as a huge crowd is bypassing outside but we got used to it.
