Location is a bit far from the city centre, but at Istanbul Medikal Termal we did not really need to go far. The restaurant was fantastic, staff were always eager to assist and the spa facilities and staff were fantastic. Teo (Massage Therapist) was so patient with my daughter who accompanied me. All staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again!

It would have been great if there were swimming / bathing costumes that could have been bought at there spa so my daughter and myself could join at the pool - we didn't pack correctly. Don't forget to pack swimming clothes!!

There was a good variety of traditional food available for both breakfast and dinner. The ambiance of the hotel itself was faultless but front of house staff was the only let down unfortunately.

The staff member who I called in distress from the airport the night I landed was most unhelpful. I was left stranded for almost 2 hours in a strange city with yellow cabs and others trying to exploit my ignorance because no airport shuttle was provided as initially advertised. The Uber service was clearly unregulated and there was no acknowledgement of my ordeal making my way to the hotel (only 10 minutes from airport). I was charged for a journey I did mot take and cabs kept adding gratuity to rides.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in between flights. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from Sabiha airport. I really enjoyed my spacious room with a large balcony with lovely view. It is very important for me to exercise in the sun with privacy and beauty. The bedding was of the highest quality, too. The swimming pool, thermal jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage rooms and mud rooms cater for men and women separately. In addition to these areas, there is a large mixed thermal pool for both disabled and healthy people. All the facilities are very clean and cozy. After leaving I was allowed to use the thermal pool for free. The thermal water is amazing and really helps with fatigue and stress. The hotel works closely with Booking.com and does its best to fulfil the expectations and needs of the guests, the staff are very kind and attentive. This caring attitude is very important to me as a customer.

Nice hotel. Staff was good. There was an error on the booking. They. Fixed it. They booked taxis for us to go to marina and airport. Thermal . Pools where very nice, hot tub and sauna was niceThey give u slippers and towel. Everything was clean. Food was nice, different.variety. 3 course meal. Eat all you can. But you can’t really eat much, you get full. Going to marina was 2 pounds. There are some grocery shops and places to eat close to the hotel.

Pillows where too soft. Food had to be served by them. There’s 2 people serving. There was a long queue. It would be quicker to self serve.

Room was big and had nice view. Pools at the underground floor. Breakfast was plenty. Bathtub in the room.

Was not very clean. Pillow was very high, hard and old. At the pools other people were shouting, was difficult to relax. The room had a very strong hospital smell which made it feel like I was in a hospital at all times when in my room. Dinner for 20 euro is overpriced. Bed was old and noisy whenever I had to turn side.

Location close to İçmeler marmaray station. I've booked HB. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. Room and Spa facilities clean and tidy. Overall I'm happy. Planning to book another week in next 6 months. Highly recommend.

Medical treatment prices higher than anywhere I've been.

The hotel is comfortable and calm. Spa area is very nice to visit. Breakfast and dinner were always freshly cooked and tasted very good. The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. A metro station is located very close to the hotel.

There was sometimes quite strong smell of smoking in the room which came not from outside but from another room

The hotel is really the only one in all of metropolitan Istanbul to offer a hot spring/thermal water facility - and it's worth the journey out to Tuzla (a fairly distant suburb, but easy to get there on fast public transit) to enjoy this. The staff were excellent, especially the General Manager on the front desk who was very welcoming and spoke excellent English. When we had to change the room we were initially assigned he upgraded us to a lovely room with its own thermal water bath-tub, which was wonderful. The thermals pools/sauna/steam/hamam area is excellent and, as is typical in most Turkish hotels, is segregated with separate male and female sides. Breakfast was good - buffet style with servers, so you can eat as much as you wish and the selection was wide. The hotel is in a quiet location, everything is very clean and the wifi works wonderfully. A wonderful little 'thermal getaway' in the city!

It didn't impact our stay, but there are some small maintenance issues (such as the garden area near to the outdoor pool) that could do with some attention.
