the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and helped with directions which was helpful. the bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned and got rid of the rubbish out of the room. defo would stay here again and would recommend to friends, family and anyone else going to Istanbul. the staff maded us feel welcoming from the start to the end of our hoilday. I would advise if staying at this hotel to rent a car to go into Istanbul city as it self as the location is abit out of the way. ya can get buses big and small bus and the metro to different places in istanbul.

the only down full is that they don't do evening meals or like snacks when people get the munches in the night time. I did noticed that the duvet cover was turned over with the stain on that the other half spilt coffee on the cover.

It is a nice room for a couple of days, even for two. Everything was quite good. The administrator is a nice guy. There's some nice reataurants around. Dark curtains perfectly hid the light from signs at night and from the sun during the day, this is important for us. The room has many outlets and several types of lighting. The water in the shower does not spill all over the floor, although this is a problem in many hotels. Pleasant employees, regular room cleaning, an elevator. At the end, it is still quit a good place to stay for 2-3 days, as there's no billiins of tourists. There are many restaurants, a bank and a bus stop nearby.

There is a single chamber window in the room and it is on the lively road side so there is noisy because of the car traffic. The bathroom fan of the neighbours room is crazy loud, so when they turn it on it feels like Elon finaly launched his Mars mission. It would be convenient to make at least one small shelf in the bathroom.

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return. Breakfasts (not a buffet, but they brought a plate, which was enough for my husband and me). The location is convenient for living in a non-touristy area. You can find free parking. There are nearby amenities: grocery stores, a supermarket, a pharmacy, cafes, and more.

The hotel needs some cosmetic repairs - scratched walls in the corridor and room, some broken sockets. If your goal is the "touristy" Istanbul, it takes a long time to get there by public transport.

From beginning to end of our stay, the staff at Comfort Point Hotel were incredible. Special mention goes to YahYah, who took care of all our needs and concerns. He was always smiling and attentive.A mention also goes to the ladies from House Cleaning who gave great service every day as they cleaned our room and replaced all soiled towels with fresh clean ones not forgetting the complimentary teas and coffees also.

The complimentary breakfast was basic and nourishing but could be improved with being given more choices. The lighting could be be better by having bedside lamps.

All the people were very kind and helpful! The room was clean and warm. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was at first sight simple, but everything is enough and plenty for a perfect breakfast - all products well selected and fresh! Thank you very much, we recommend and will be back again☺️ Location is kinda far from the center, but perfect if you go shopping( all big malls and outlets near there). Few very good restaurants very close to the hotel.

From the moment i arrived, each member of staff were very accommodating, with a warm attitude, generosity, and a genuine desire to make guests feel appreciated.Staff provided an efficient check in and check out. The hotel staff offer a multilingual approach to each guest from around the globe. The staff members provided a detailed Knowledge of geographical and historic area and places.

i would like to thank Murat Abi and Yahya Abi, for a very welcoming and warm greetings and taking care of my family and myself and their very good English and Arabic and also the other staff of breakfast and cleaning.

just a comment about lighting in the room especially for family rooms to have a dimmer light in room for children to sleep better instead of lighting the main lights (yatak odası için loş ışık)

Outstanding Value for Your Money at This Family-Run Hotel! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. It's clean and safe, and the staff at the reception were incredibly polite and welcoming. While it may be a bit farther from the well-known tourist attractions, it turned out to be the perfect spot for me. I was looking for a peaceful retreat during my three-week motorcycle journey through Europe, especially since my motorcycle was in for service. This hotel provided exactly that. They offer free internet and complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. I particularly appreciated their offer of fresh Turkish coffee while I waited for a taxi. It's these little gestures that make a stay memorable. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and recharge during my travels. Highly recommended!

The place is modern and has what you need for a good stay, although it could use a little extra care. But considering the low price I paid, it's not a big problem.

Excellent rooms and fantastic attentive service. We stayed twice during our trip and were kindly upgraded both times free of charge. Fridge and kettle, Smart TV and Wi-Fi and shower all working great. Very modern style with beautiful artwork.

The top floor didn’t have lift access and unfortunately the balcony suite did not have full blackout blinds, but the view from the balcony was amazing. Included breakfast didn’t include vegan alternative but it’s a generous serving for non vegans.

The balance quality to price was very good. The hotel is clean, wi-fi is very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was very good regarding the purpose of my trip. Small but confortable.
