Comfy bed with quality bedding, excellent staff who facilitated early check in | late checkout, gréât Porter and excellent Spa staff

Location was approx 40 mins from Sultan Ahmed old town, but not too far from the airport

Ozan Culha was an amazing employee. So helpful and kind! Breakfast was so good, dinner was good. The buffet was fantastic on both occasions. There was fresh fruit in my room that was ripe. The fact that they whatsApp connected to me as I arrived in the country was just amazing. This hotel is literally the best hotel for customer service that I have ever experienced and I am a business traveler. I loved the pool. My ride to the airport was PEFECT. The driver, who i did not get his name sadly was just a perfect driver and on time and very kind.

The only issue was the transport arranged by the hotel on the way from the airport. Ramazan was really great! However, Yasin was stressed and lacked customer service rapport. He caused me to be fearful of him because he was in such a stressed state. Likely it is a lot to coordinate and i can only imagine the stress of arranging airport travel for multiple international arrivals, but this is something he should work on to improve especially with women solo travelers. They might need extra confirmation that they are getting into the right car, and he should not be upset by that. Men may not need that but I did need that and it upset him because he was in such a hurry to coordinate everything, which i also understand.

The welcoming, professional and attentive reception staff especially Mr. Ramazan. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious. The bathrooms are also big and has all amenities (except a bidet shower/shatafa). It is a little bit far from usual tourist attractions but it is near many shopping malls including Mall of Istanbul. There are nice restaurants down the hotel (like Mado) which is accessible from the hotel lobby and that's what we liked the most. The hotel has security at the entrance and only residents at the hotel are allowed in which feels safe. The hotel definitely worth staying in again.

The rooms being just above the main road and the traffic noise around rush hours is loud.

Staff were great. They made our stay very comfortable. They are the reason I score it higher.

Unfortunately the facilities were not up to par. The female steam room wasn’t cleaned and smelled of sewage. Even after complaining, it made no difference. Pool and sauna was great. Jacuzzi was also not cleaned and was very slippery.

Superb comfy with great view, great housekeeping, All perfect for both business and leisure stay.

(Not directly about the hotel itself) Just a little lack of choice for public transportation towards sightseeing area. (have to wait for the extension of Metro to be completed)

Nice staff , nice people, big lobby nice to set there and have coffee. I time the long stay room , strongly recommend for family .

Breakfast was ok , need to be feed with healthy choices. They used some kind of Bree the serve it with the breakfast it smells eggy, because the brush the bread with egg before baking… my advise stop doing that.

My husband was the main guest. He has all the positive impressions of the stay, starting from the fact that he was eventually given the room with a single large bed (which we failed to book online, as non-smoking options are too popular). He very much enjoyed the comfort of the room and the bed, the cleanliness, the pool and the breakfast. The receptionists would go an extra mile to help with his enquiries about the local traffic realia. He was also happy to have a guaranteed parking place.

We stayed for 4 days at the beginning of July in Wyndham Grand Istanbul Europe, the facilities were excellent. Very smooth check-in (we booked 2 adjoining rooms). It is one of the most eco-friendly places i have recently stayed in.The staff was very helpful and friendly. They tried to assist us in every way possible. Much appreciate it, and I am looking forward to staying with them again.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friednly. Breakfast had variety but i would rate it 3/5.

Reception had requested 100usd as a deposit for minibar usage! Never seen this kind of requests in hotels! Breakfast is good for basic needs but not more.
