The room was fine and super clean the lightning control have multiple modes that you can be able to select from . Hotel breakfast was superb has a lot of different selections of food that would meet any kind of choices it also has a great window tables with nice view of the sea .

Well the room I booked was good I have selected one king size bed but when I arrive it was twin bed joint together and was so wide and there was a slim joining mattress between the two beds that I haven't expected to see when I already ask for one king size bed also the bathroom door made from glass and its not totally sound proofed so if you're with someone else you can't be able to act like if you're alone have to be carful with the sound if you know what I mean :) Also I hear our neighbor next door talking loudly and fighting all nigh when I talked to the reception when checking out I have been told that there are still working with the soundproofing walls for some of the remaining rooms I hope they get this fixed soon

Room was very spacious, we had our 9 year old with us on an extra bed and still there was plenty of room. The bathrooms were very clean with top supplies and lots of space. The hotel's location was wonderful within walking distance to Taksim square and Galata Port. Staff were super friendly, Jihan at Concierge was very helpful, Malak in housekeeping was such a lovely lady and kept our room super clean during our stay,

There was no where to hang the towels after a shower. It would be great to add extra hooks in bathroom or bars.

Nicely located near several attraction area. The Hotel facilities and rooms and equipements, as well as the personal, was above standards. The breakfast is nearly a one of a kind but for sure, a very rich and tasty one.

Rooms doesn’t have balcony. Rooms are not well isolated for sound. We was unlucky with very noisy neighbour.

The hotel meets the expectation of 5 star. The room was great, the facilities in the room was great with characters around the hotel as well. I like the decoration and you can feel the luxury atmosphere there from walking into the hotel. The member of staff were professional smiled to inform you all the services. The location was just fantastic and perfect in the centre with walking distance to everywhere to enjoy your food and sightseeing. We feel safe around.

It cost you 7 euros for a swimming cap if you would like to use the swimming pool. 25 euros per person for a breakfast. Everything was overpriced though we appreciated it was a 5 star hotel. It was a place for you to spend therefore we didn't feel the real greeting from anyone. It was the greeting for the money. Quite professional trained.

it was clean, close to taqseem, the staff so friendly, the are more than 1 restaurant and the roof top is one of the popular tops in Istanbul. the view was nice and the room space that we booked was more than enough, the valet and battlers always there and they kept helping us without asking which was so nice and they had hair saloon in the hotel, the concierge helped us in some attraction bookings and we loved them, the staff speak English, the room had complimentary water, kettle coffee and tea and TV had Arabic and English Chanels the room had AC, the deposit was in my account at the same minute it was released

there is no space for the car to wait so if I had a ride I should be at the door the same minute it arrives otherwise the driver have to take another round and there is no ATM machine in the hotel

Outstanding view for Bosphorus View room. Room is decently spacious. My 3rd stay at this hotel and staff are very professional and helpful. Everyone spoke good english and always willing to assist. One of the best and most attended concierge service I ever seen.

Due to hotel’s location on a very high hill, access by foot is only easy to Taksim Square and Istiqlal Street. Access to and from sea road is very restricted unless you are willing to take +200 steps of stairs. Any trip apart from to Taksim and Istiqlal must be done by private car/taxi only.

Excellent hotel with wonderful service! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Spectacular Bosphorus view from the room and hotel restaurants! The staff is very attentive and eager to solve any problem you have even if it's not their duty - on the way from airport my husband forgot his phone charger in the taxi, the hotel guest relation manager contacted taxi driver immediately (how I dont know - probably they searched him through cameras), but the driver asked to pay him the same taxi fare in order to come back. We refused. And what a surprise it was when the next day security supervisor Adem Gunduz brought us my husband's phone charger. WOW! This is the kind of service that really facsinates! Thank you very much!

I love the decor and cleanliness, the gym was massive, the room suite was massive and the bathroom stunning. I want my own bathroom to look exactly like my suite. Bed was comfortable. Guest relations team was amazing. I loved the welcome gift and the check gift. Staff were kind and attentive. The property was expensive but worthwhile.

No jacuzzi and the indoor pool was freezing, they had a jacuzzi bath but I was looking forward to sitting with the family and chilling. The TVs in the bedroom were old. So we couldn’t cast our mobile films and tv programs to it. And the gym opens too late at the weekend. 7am is better for those who have tours etc and excursions. Spa treatments were too expensive there should be discount for hotel guests.

It was a wonderful hotel at one the best locations of Istanbul. It is close enough and far enough from Taksim Square and we enjoyed the accessibility of the location. Their breakfast is elaborate and local and authentic and fresh with something for almost every taste and habit. Book and you won't regret it. Me and friend from USA.

It was a technical issue in the flooring of the bathroom with a slope that would not drain the shower water properly. It caused some inconvenience for us to pull the water towards the drain after every shower. We let the front desk know and they acknowledged it and offered solutions to resolve it but again it was not the fault of the hotel management or staff rather a technical issue from the careless tiling guys. No big deal and overall we enjoyed every second of our stay there. Oh one more thing their surcharge for the pool mandatory hair cover was out of ordinary and very expensive. So if you plan to swim get a hear cover elsewhere avoiding a fat surcharge at the pool.
