Location is really great, close to Kapali carsi and main attractions. Staff is amazing, so welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is the same every day and there are not many options.

I stay in this hotel for a third time, it is a 3 star hotel. The room is normal for single or two persons. The cleanliness of the hotel is normal. Terrace panorama. I preferred the good location of this hotel because it is in Laleli, only 15 min to the metro and 10 min to the tram station. It is also in Laleli the middle of clothes shop. This hotel is good as starting point for shopping or walking (30 min) from the Histoirical centre of Istanbul. The staff, especially the reception, are polite and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.
The breakfast looks simple or classic. But for two women with me, it was perfect. Of course, everything fits and is normal for this price. I don't understand whiners who want heaps of food on their plates!

The hotel has an exceptional location, it’s meters from all the important tram, bus and subway stops. it’s really close to some of the most important sightseeing destinations in the European part of Istanbul. the reception works 24/7 which is always a plus. The check in/check out went as smoothly and fast as possible. This is my second time visiting the hotel but it won’t be my last.

Close to the metro and tourist attractions, has great restaurants at a walking distance, as well as shops. Nice and clean rooms, welcoming front desk, and staff.

Near tram,metro and bus station.Clean rooms,polite staff,excellent breakfast,reliable regarding booking accomodation,Probably coming back again😀
The staff at the reception desk are fluent in many languages but unfortunately English is not one of them. It's not so important for your staying ,just saying.Probably hard to learn it since it is totally different type of language than Turkish or Arabic.

Even though it was a three star hotel, it still everything I need an definitely recommend for anyone who are going in Istanbul on a budget. The staff were very welcoming and always willing to help. The location is amazing, because the hotel is near to bus and two metro stations. Clean rooms with very good and delicious breakfast on the terrace. Thanks a lot.
