Friendly staff. Good sized room. Great location

Wasn't aware the pool had to be booked. Would have been good to know before hand. Was only told off pool opening times

Kind staff, good room, close to restaurants, shops and metro, good breakfast, daily cleaning service etc ...

I thought the SPA facilities were free to use when you have a room. This isn't the case, it costs €20 / hour. Spiteful because it wasn't very obvious when booking the hotel. But it didn't ruin the stay. People are complaining about spots in the room. There are a very few spots on the curtains and floor mats but for us it didn't gave the feeling that it was dirty because of it. Daily cleaning team definitely did their job well. The batroom door opens uncomfortably but this is not very important. I still very recommend the hotel.

Good location, close to subway, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Friendly and service minded staff. Good cleaning and good breakfast (if Turkish breakfast is your thing). Meals in the hotel were tasty. Relationship price and what was offered very good. Fully recommended..

Very little, just some small remarks. The hotel management should speak with the Ramada hotel in the street that has a noisy bar. For people that are less into Turkish food the choice at the breakfast is somewhat limited. Same applies to the channels at the TV in the hotel room

Excellent Location: It's conveniently situated close to various modes of transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas by foot or public transport. Additionally, its proximity to a variety of shops and restaurants adds to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay. Wonderful Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel is exceptional. Helpful and Friendly Staff: They are extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and have a pleasant stay.

Some of the bathroom fixtures are a bit old and could greatly benefit from repair or modernization.

The location was excellent, our room on the 5th floor had a sizable balcony, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was a mixed of cooked and centennial style. The spa steam room, though do book early that day, as the SPA / Swimming Area is private for family per hour. Get to know Hasan, generally works on Kitchen, but while dining for breakfast or dinner, he makes you feel at home and can offer lots of local knowledge and tips that we found invaluable. Also get the know the management staff on the main desk, they are really helpful, and can organise on your behalf, laundry, taxis, trips and food. The room was clean, with a double bed and single bed, comfortable for myself, wife and 12 year old son. Bathroom has a power shower and you are provided with the expected toiletries. Fridge, Safe and Tea/Coffee. Plenty of wardrobe space, with hangers. Recommend getting half board, evening meals are provided and cooked fresh. No buffet style, which I though was amazing and quite generous, with a 3 course meal, with starters, like soup / salad, then mains, typical Turkish food and deserts plus tea. This alone saved us a bit of money, as local Restaurants are charging UK prices for food.

Iron / Iron board would have been nice, though we did use their laundry service which was $1.5 per item.

I think the location of the property is very good. It is in the old town. We walked everyday 18-20 kilometers however if you wish you can choose metro. (2 minutes by walk) Famous attractions, are about 20-25 minutes far by walk. Port is also reachable by walk meanhwhile you can enjoy these colorful streets, markets, people. :) The hotel itself is beautiful some renovation might be neccessary but the room was comfortable, clean, the bed was a little bit short, bathroom was also ok. AC is also good. We used everyday. Spa was calm. One pool, sauna, steam cabin. We enjoyed. Last day they offerd us an hours in the spa after they closed because we couldn’t use on pervious days. Thank you again. Staff very kind, cheerful, seems they are not so good in english however taxi-reservation, spa-using went smooth so they are very helpful too.

- Comfortable extra wide beds - Excellent hot water and shower pressure - Clean rooms that were well made everyday - Swimming pool, steam room, sauna room, Turkish bathroom all to ourselves for the reserved hour - Wonderful staff - Brilliant location - Reasonably priced restaurant food. The chef made us Penne Arrabbiata, spicy at our request, which was the best Penne Arrabbiata we have had to date!

- Breakfast options were limited (for us, when compared to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in). As a result we didn't eat at the hotel after the first day despite breakfast being included in our booking. - Not easy to get reservation for swimming pool / spa area. The reservation can only be made in person at the spa reception from 11 AM onwards for that day or the next day. Hourly slots from 11 AM until 8 PM are available. The evening slots of 7 PM / 8 PM get snapped up right away!

I had a special price offer for the hotel through Booking, so the price-quality was excellent. -Location is fine, near a metro and a tram. Getting to all sights is quick and easy. Main historical sights are on walking distance (30 minutes). -The staff was accommodating and ready to help in various ways. -There is a fine sauna and a fine steam bath, although one needs to book early and in person, which is quite annoying. -Breakfast was generally good.

I enjoyed the stay, so the comments below are just to give a complete picture of the hotel. -The bathroom is not very comfortable. The tap water easily gets outside the bowl making all very wet. The shower door opens inside leaving very little space to squeeze into the shower. -There are no rooms with a decent view, one always watches the windows of another building. -Breakfast has little choice in vegetables. -Swimming pool is charmingly designed but really tiny (ca 7 meters long, 2 meters wide).

Location it's great, this was one of the reasons to chose this. It did not disappoint. Near good restaurants and shops where to find some supplies. Very easy to access metro or tram lines, from where you get to visit the whole city. They have a guy :) which is parking your car in the next door garage, for 15euro a day, not cheap but it's Istanbul, so it becomes convenient.

Breakfast was ok, and functional, but honestly, far from a 4 stars hotel. You have the basics, an omelet, some cheese, and some things around, but it generally feels poor. The water in the shower smells a bit funny. No real complaint, but just feedback for the owner, maybe it can be improved.

The staff were more than helpful and very friendly. The bed was something ELSE....ohlala it was like sleeping on a cloud, very comfortable. The cleaning staff didn't bother you but did ask if you need anything. Really it was a nice stay and so close to the Grand Bazaar and other shopping outlets. This hotel is NOT on a busy street which made it nice for sleeping.

The breakfast was not the greatest planned. There was some food that I wasn't sure what it was. It did cater to the Turkish palette but not the international.
