Location was perfect as we could get Metro and rail station. 3 stops to all the main attractions and mosques and walking distance to Suleymaniye Mosque. Mosque across the road, was beautiful, heard the call to pray in the morning and we prayed fajr there Free top up water every day by the room person. Staff were helpful Wifi was brilliant Spa and swimming was good. Walking distance to local park and where locals eat. Designer fake brands and main streets behind the hotel.

Car parking fees in Turkey are too high hence why we parked outside. Gym - not brilliant can use for very basic exercises, there was a dead cockroach in there. I don't think anyone uses hence why there is very little in there.

Rooms were very comfortable. We had a deluxe room and a triple room both with mosque view. The pool was fantastic, kids loved it. Please remember swim caps (we forgot). Breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful, but please be mindful of food waste, there is plenty of food available to go back and forth. Was really sad watching people waste so much food. The hotel is in a very good location, tram stop is 5-10 min away, so easy access to Grand Bazaar, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque, and Karakoy(Galata Tower)

Air conditioning wasn’t working, might be because our stay was in February.

Location is good. Walking distance (~25 min) to the Blue mosque, or by tram (~10min). Safe and clean neighborhood. Good stuff. Pool and spa are good (free of charge). We also paid the VIP massage (massage + hammam), was good (price was ~70e pp). Rooftop restaurant (which can be seen on pictures) is for lunch / dinner (hotel restaurant for breakfast is in the floor -2)

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with professionalism and kindness that immediately made us feel at ease. I like the staff, and they also helped us when Turkish Airlines lost our stroller, Sercan (one of the staff) was helping us till we actually got our baby stroller back! Great location also with great breakfast , really liked our stay here :)

Rooms are neat and tidy, rather small but not too small. Amenities are ok, and hotel services are great! The biggest + of the place is its location - walking distance (20-30 minutes max.) for ALL of the Sultanahmet / Fatih and old City center attractions! And great value for money too! And the view from the atop restaurant and bar is just what Istanbul is ment to be :) (check out my 2 posted pictures)

Avoid rooms located at the 5th floor, as they can be rather noisy from the big AC units atop the building (or other "machinery" located up there and this can become a nuisance during the night time sleep!

Excellent location Sultanahmet area, ten minutes tram station, five to Metro. Used tram three times a day to see, six days, all major sights near Aya Sofia & faraway Dolma Bahee Palace. Metro to experience dusk to dawn nightlife of Beyoglu & exit to Istanbul airport. Also 15 minutes walking to Grand Bazaar. Good restaurants & money changers walking distance from hotel. Saw all major sights using Istanbul 7 day E pass, great value for money. Pass for transfer from the airport at arrival, as many as 13 major sights, golden horn cruise, Turkish dinner cruise. All tram, metro, ferry travel by Istanbul travel card. Superb mosque view room, outstanding breakfast, indoor swimming pool, Sauna, all included in tariff.

Reception staff not cooperative about advice on places to see & how to reach there. No advice on Istanbul travel card.

Great location near metro station, nice hotel, helpfull personal.

Pool in spa was little bit cold cca 25 °C and we must buy swiming cap for 100 lira. But it depands on what you prefer.

Loved the location wrt to accessibility to metro and tram. This enabled us to use public transport for the major part of the trip. The nearest metro is vezneciler and tram stop is Istanbul university. The rooms were also clean and comfy and so was the streets. The yellow taxi was easily available if required, otherwise the hotel can arrange a private one for you. There was also a winter wear shops along the side street from the hotel and also a pharmacy. There were lots of food options around for a lazy dinner when you dont want to go far or even late at night. You should try the freshly squeezed juices along the street or even the chestnut/grilled corn and simit.

The breakfast was mostly cold items with very few hot options especially since it was winter and you are craving for hot food. But otherwise it was a wide spread with lots of options to choose from.

Excellent 5 night stay at this hotel. Clean, well equipped and with very friendly staff. As soon as we arrived, my husband realised that he had left his phone in the taxi. The staff jumped to our rescue, and in 20 mins had tracked down the taxi, called the driver and retrieved the phone. Later in the night, I struggled to sleep due to the traffic noise ( I am a light sleeper, my family was sleeping soundly), and at 3 am trudged to reception to ask for help. I was promptly shown 4 rooms to find the quietest and changed rooms in the middle of the night! Can’t recommend the staff enough who go out of their way to help. And the restaurant on the rooftop is a gem, fairly priced, delicious and with excellent views!
