suna steam and swimming had strict timings to be used despite saying it was free when booking, it was only free during day time between 10 and 6. and swimming pool was cold and small. sink was broken.

Staff were very nice and location very good. it is near Kapali Çarsi,tram station (Beyazit)and metro station(Vezneciler),and you can go to other important and interesting places around Istanbul very easy from here.For example you can walk to Sultanahmet Mosque and Suleymaniye mosque in 10 minutes

I didnt like the bed,it wasnt a full bed as we asked but 2 small beds attached and was not comfortable

We’ve struggled a lot to find a decent hotel with a great location and not too expensive in Istanbul! Dündar was the right pick, the staff was very responsive to each one of our requests and was very friendly. Definitely recommend those who are still searching for the right hotel. Even tho we didnt have much time to enjoy the pool and the spa, we really enjoyed it when we had some time its that extra plus that could make your rainy days brighter.

Historical center. Grand bazaar and two the most prominent mosques may be reached in 5-15 minutes by walk. Hotel has everything that you need for comfortable staying and as a great bonus the hotel has small spa facilities which are included in the price. It may help you to spend few hours with comfort if you got stuck in the hotel due to bad weather or have spare time to relax. Very hospitable staff and great service. Great price-value ratio.

The hotel is located in around 500 meters from Grand bazaar (historical city center), thus all surrounded blocks are spread by merchants, small shops etc. During daytime the streets around are very crowded combined with vehicle horns(local drivers doing this a lot) producing much of noise. At evenings the noise and people are fading away bringing desired silence and it becomes comfortable to open the window during night-time. It will be OK for you if you're living in similar place in your home town, but won't suit for inhabitants of quiet areas.

Situated in the European side with easy public transport connections and close to all touristic attractions. The staff are amazing and super helpful, Asli - thank you for all your help and hospitality, greetings from Thailand 😘

We liked the design of the rooms and the common spaces, the terrace was a pleasant bonus, the location is rather central, just next to the Beyazit square and the university. The neighborhood itself is shopping-oriented and seems rather disorganized (maybe a bit messy) but on the other hand the exchange rates and prices are better compared to the neighborhoods closer to the Ayasofia and Sultan Ahmet mosque. The main advantage for the location is being well connected, there are bus/tram stops around the corner and the Vezneciler metro station is 7-8 min away by foot. Grand Bazaar is 5 min away by foot, but I never bought anything there as it is rather overpriced. The hotel staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast was decent. We had a very good deal with this hotel and enjoyed our stay, nothing to complain about. We wanted something well-located, with nice interiors (and no kitsch), a terrace and breakfast included at a good price and this place offered it all. Oh, it also had a small pool, sauna and hammam room. Those were free from until 18:00 but we did not use them. Also, our room overlooked the inner yard and it was fine and we were not disturbed by the outside noise at all. Inside noise insulation on the other hand is not that great, but almost all of the noise was coming from the common corridor, we did not hear any noise from the rooms around us. I rate it as 10 based on what we paid for what we got.

we had a very nice stay in the middle of the city in Fatih. The staff was very kind and helpful. The stay was very clean & even had a room service.

great hotel, the guys at the reception are super, the breakfasts were delicious. I also liked the location, close to all interesting places. I highly recommend staying at this hotel :)
