Room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Room like a furniture was great..

Room is very very small and no window!. What was written in the Booking.com is that room should see the inner court which is not true. Of course I guess it's accurate for the price we paid but next time please be specific!

The cleaning staff are so mean , the ladies are always nagging , one of them was always nagging and treating me bad , she even kicked me out of the elevator so she can take the trash on it , she never say hi back to me , and she scolded me twice because some of my hair was on the floor

I’ve had a great stay at Grand Emir hotel. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect for all who intend to do business and spend some time near the Grand Bazzar and Aya Sofia. I would gladly book this hotel again if I ever plan to come back to Istanbul.

Staff was very responsive and very friendly. We had a small issue with our rooms, but staff helped and solved it for us. Location is good, you can easily reach the main street and the Tram station of Grand Bazaar. You have also in near vicinity smaller shops where you can buy whatever you'd need. I enjoyed very much the emergency-fire-exit stairs that you could easily reach from any level and there you could see a very nice panorama of the bay area (you could just sit there/drink your coffee and admire the view - see attached picture from 7th floor). Internet was good with slower speeds in the mornings and evenings when most likely everybody was connected and using it - otherwise was good for youtube (my son was watching cartoons OK) or whatsapp or other normal activities. Another plus is that you have safe in the room where you could store your valuables. PS: the hotel is on the hill, so when you'll enter the lobby, you'll be on floor 5 out of 9. PS2: for breakfast you need to get to floor 1 with the elevator and have to take the stairs to get to floor 0 where the restaurant is (this can be somewhat problematic for those that have baby stroller or have some disabilities - this was not the case for us).

Breakfast was pretty much the same, only with very small deviations, however it was a fair/sufficient amount of foods to choose from (at least for us).

Location is perfect since it is close to the public transportation and touristic places. Hotel was very clean and good value for money. Within walking distance of some of the main attractions. The room was indeed very warm, very clean and comfortable! The reception was perfect! Very Helpful and cheerful staff. Big thumbs up to Eyup and Ismail who went above and beyond in helping out anyway they could. They was very pleasant and all the guys there was perfect. Salam to Eyup and Ismail and the rest of the stuff! Next time i will come to Grand Emir again.

Location was good , 7-10 mins to grand bazaar Staff very accommodating, helpful Breakfast v basic, not enouy variety. Could add croissants, fresh milk. They had UHT which kids didn’t like. More fruit. Only had melon

On arrival reception manager wanted to hang onto passports, said needed them to register us, can we collect in morning. So i said no to that , i told him we’d wait. So he did that and returned them. Wasnt happy to leave passports!! Breakfast was very brief. Could of added croissants, milk was UHT so kids didnt like it. Could of provided fresh milk. There was no fruit other than melon. Bit more variety would of been better. Also the workers kept coming up to tables, trying to hurry us!

Location of the hotel is excellent. It's just couple minutes from Grand Bazaar and tram station so it was easy to get wherever you want. Staff is also great, friendly and helpful when needed. Thanks to our friend from the night shift 17/18th April who remembered to call us a taxi at 3 AM on a day of our check out, and made a good price for it. Sorry I didn't catch a name. Definitely will come back, for me, there are no other hotels in Istanbul but this one. Great price, great location. You're there over night anyways. :)

It could be cleaner, but I'm sure it will improve by the time we come back eventually. Breakfast is not so rich, but it's good enough to start the day.

We stayed in Grand Emir for 12 days to the room 905. I have to say only positive comments! What to remember first? The warm employess? All were great! Mr Maradona was very pleasant and all the guys there was perfect. The room was indeed very warm, very clean and comfortable. My wife made a difficult surgery and all the persons helped us so so so much! Really i apreciate for their help and warm behaviour! Last day, even i parked illegally and the fatih police took my van, all from the hotel helped me to find it and get it back. Next time i will come to Grand Emir again :)

The reception was perfect! Location is perfect since it is close to the public transportation and touristic places. Hotel offers shuttle to the airports for a very good fee! Salam to Maradona and the rest of the stuff!

The WIFI is bad at night when everyone is back to hotel..
