Hello. I stayed at the hotel Eresin hotel Express 13 nights and I can only express praise for the hotel. The staff is hospitable, professional and kind, and they go out of their way to help you. We were accommodated in a double room with toilet, air conditioning, TV. I can say that the rooms are not big but enough for a short stay. Hygiene is in the first place, as in the room where we stayed but also everywhere in the hotel. The hotel has a private car park. It is close to all major sights in Istanbul and is only a tram ride (T1) away. Also, in the area where the hotel is located, there are enough restaurants for food such as kebab shops, McDonald's, Burger King, ovens, etc. Of course, there are parks for walking around and an exchange office for changing money. Regards.

What we really liked was that we arrived well before our check-in time and yet they were so kind to check us into our room early. There is a parking lot with a barrier where you can safely park your car. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is big enough and comfortable. Another convenience is that the tram is 3-4 minutes from the hotel and goes directly to the center, which was a big plus.

What we didn't like, and this is the main reason for the lower rating, was that the hotel's ad on booking.com said it had a SPA area and a pool, which turned out not to be the case at all. This was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. As described, the rooms are small but sufficient for a normal stay.

Very clean rooms and lobby area with secure parking. Provided a cot for our 5 year old.

Rooms were very small. No tea/coffee in rooms and only in the lobby. Lobby tea facilities were not stocked, you had to keep asking for water or cups. One of the young staff tried to charge an extra 2000 tl, not sure if it was a genuine mistake or not. But what if I had not questioned it.

Great location, helpful and cooperative staff, there were a parking lot for cars and a terrace outside so you could enjoy drinking a cup of tea.

There wasn't a trashcan in the room, it was only available in the bathroom. There is no Kettle in the rooms, the kettle was available in the reception area.

Location is ver nice, near from all activities in Istanbul and calm in the same time.

The phonic isolation was very bad for doors, it must be treated, however it is very good for Windows, double glass window has a perfect isolation, but for doors should be replaced or injected.

Cleanliness of the room, quiet room looking to the backyard.

Loud guests in neighbouring rooms (loud door closing) The staff didn't speak English very well,.it was sometimes difficult to communicate.

Kindness and helpful stuff simple room decorations but clean and elegant and comfortable i advice every body to try this hotel Special thanks for miss mihriban and Mr wisnu for there treatment
