I appreciated the convenient proximity to a tram station, making it easy to reach the city center. Additionally, I liked that it was connected to the main hotel where my conference was being held.

When I arrived at the Main Eresin Hotels, I was disappointed with the service. The front doorman insisted we put our luggage back into the taxi and drive around the neighborhood to reach the express entrance, despite the two entrances being right next to each other. Additionally, the key card for accessing the main hotel was unreliable, which was quite frustrating.

Hello. I stayed at the hotel Eresin hotel Express 13 nights and I can only express praise for the hotel. The staff is hospitable, professional and kind, and they go out of their way to help you. We were accommodated in a double room with toilet, air conditioning, TV. I can say that the rooms are not big but enough for a short stay. Hygiene is in the first place, as in the room where we stayed but also everywhere in the hotel. The hotel has a private car park. It is close to all major sights in Istanbul and is only a tram ride (T1) away. Also, in the area where the hotel is located, there are enough restaurants for food such as kebab shops, McDonald's, Burger King, ovens, etc. Of course, there are parks for walking around and an exchange office for changing money. Regards.

What we really liked was that we arrived well before our check-in time and yet they were so kind to check us into our room early. There is a parking lot with a barrier where you can safely park your car. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom is big enough and comfortable. Another convenience is that the tram is 3-4 minutes from the hotel and goes directly to the center, which was a big plus.

What we didn't like, and this is the main reason for the lower rating, was that the hotel's ad on booking.com said it had a SPA area and a pool, which turned out not to be the case at all. This was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. As described, the rooms are small but sufficient for a normal stay.

Excellent accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the tram and metro. It is excellent for visiting the surrounding attractions. Everything is very clean. Parking is free and secured. The pictures correspond to the actual condition. It is very well located in a quieter part of Istanbul and yet close to everything.

we stayed here for the second time in the last month and again everything was superlative! on the day of checkin, we were accommodated even earlier than the set time. very close to the tram station. congratulations to the staff. we will definitely come back!

Very clean rooms and lobby area with secure parking. Provided a cot for our 5 year old.

Rooms were very small. No tea/coffee in rooms and only in the lobby. Lobby tea facilities were not stocked, you had to keep asking for water or cups. One of the young staff tried to charge an extra 2000 tl, not sure if it was a genuine mistake or not. But what if I had not questioned it.
