The reception and restaurant staff were awesome! Very welcoming, always available and easy to communicate with. Negative points to the cleaning staff and room cleanliness. For a 2 week stay the bed sheets were changed twice and we had to tell reception for this to happen. Refilling the complimentary water bottles, coffee capsules and toiletries was also sporadic. One day they put nothing the other just water etc. Bathroom towels were also very sporadic some days they take our used towels and leave no new ones, other days they leave the dirty ones and add new ones.. Room was quite dusty in the bar area, the window sills and under the cabinets and on top of the TV had a lot of dust accumulated. Smart TVs in the rooms are a must have for 2025..

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel in Istanbul for a week, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. The room we stayed in was cleaned every day, it wasn’t very spacious, but elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our long days of exploring the vibrant city. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hotel’s breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the staff in the dining area were always attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location in the Şişli district was also a major plus. It provided easy access to many of Istanbul’s key attractions and transportation points, while being situated in a quieter area, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Overall, our experience at the Gleam Bomonti Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, and excellent service.

Everything was amazing we was very comfortable staying here the staff welcome us with a surprise in our room and in the check out time they let us take our time and there was a very nice person hasan served us in a very gentle way give us a tea and coffee and help us with the bags scale them and at the end bring us sweet and chocolate as a gift was really cute thank you for everything❤️

This place was perfect for a short trip! Everything was great, especially the breakfast. The room was okay, but it was a bit chilly, so I had to turn on the air conditioning and heating. The staff were super helpful and always friendly. Thanks a bunch! I’m not sure if I spelled the names right, but it was Mehmet Ali Ufuk. Oh, and the hotel also organized the transfer, which was a bit more expensive than Uber, but Uber can be unreliable sometimes.

The weather is the main thing to consider when it comes to this property. During the cold season, it can take a while to warm up the room. The air conditioning helps to heat it up, but it can also dry out the air.

The hotel is very good and the amenities are great. The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to their guests needs. The breakfast was fabulous and delicious. There are restaurants nearby with great food but should anyone want to explore central Istanbul, taxis take usually 15 mins / 7-8€.

Maybe the only area for improvement is the seasoning of the windows. If not seasoned/ tightened the noise from outside is a bit more than necessary. This can be fixed easily.

Personnel was excellent, extremely friendly, eager to help with everything. They provided me with a complimentary breakfast which was tasty and plentiful. The room itself was big enough for 1 person, quiet and clean. It has all facilities you need, complementary bottles of water, kettle and coffee machine. The water pressure in the shower was good and the hotel provides you with a good number of towels.

While I didn't have any questions to a hotel itself and enjoyed my stay there, the location is rather odd. The metro station Is a bit far and nobody knows there the hotel is. It took me almost 2 hours to find it. Of course if you're travelling by taxi, it is the nice and easy. For.someone who like me travels by public transport, walking there could be a challenge.

Very clean hotel, in a safe area with easy access into different areas in Istanbul. Rooms are modern and beautiful. The hotel staff are really attentive and so helpful, they spoke English and one staff member spoke Arabic. It was really easy to communicate with them. We’d go out during the day and come back to spotless rooms thanks to housekeeping. Special thanks to Altin, Baris and Tarus for their amazing service from checking us in to checking us out. They allowed us to have a smooth check in when we arrived late at night, and kept our bags safe for us till we were ready to go to the airport. Lovely breakfast selection, special thanks to Zuhal for her lovely service and for looking after us at breakfast.

Overall, we really liked the hotel and its location. The staff was attentive, with some exceptions and the breakfast was very good.

I couldn't find an information folder anywhere. The main purpose of the folder is to assist guests. Since your hotel is rated 4 stars this should be mandatory. I was also annoyed by the booking process. Initially, I had reserved 3 nights but I wanted to add one more night. I wasn't able to do it and had to make a new reservation instead. When we arrived, tired from the journey, I was immediately asked to pay for this additional night /the rest I paid in advance/ as if I were going to run away. I didn't like this attitude. The do not disturb button was not clearly marked. It was placed in the power outlet next to the bed and we found it by chance. There is still more to do to improve the cleaning.
