We recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel in Istanbul for a week, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. The room we stayed in was cleaned every day, it wasn’t very spacious, but elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our long days of exploring the vibrant city. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hotel’s breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the staff in the dining area were always attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location in the Şişli district was also a major plus. It provided easy access to many of Istanbul’s key attractions and transportation points, while being situated in a quieter area, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Overall, our experience at the Gleam Bomonti Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, and excellent service.

Everything was amazing we was very comfortable staying here the staff welcome us with a surprise in our room and in the check out time they let us take our time and there was a very nice person hasan served us in a very gentle way give us a tea and coffee and help us with the bags scale them and at the end bring us sweet and chocolate as a gift was really cute thank you for everything❤️

A didn’t like the location a bit far for the places I wanted but the good greeting and the comforting atmosphere will let me back again definitely 💯

Personnel was excellent, extremely friendly, eager to help with everything. They provided me with a complimentary breakfast which was tasty and plentiful. The room itself was big enough for 1 person, quiet and clean. It has all facilities you need, complementary bottles of water, kettle and coffee machine. The water pressure in the shower was good and the hotel provides you with a good number of towels.

While I didn't have any questions to a hotel itself and enjoyed my stay there, the location is rather odd. The metro station Is a bit far and nobody knows there the hotel is. It took me almost 2 hours to find it. Of course if you're travelling by taxi, it is the nice and easy. For.someone who like me travels by public transport, walking there could be a challenge.

We had stayed at this hotel previously for many years when it was known as Febor Bomonti hotel. All of the staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming especially Arda as well as every other staff member. There was a renovation that took place internally and this is noticeable. I also liked the fact that they have upgraded their breakfast options and provide complimentary fresh orange juice and Turkish coffee. It’s the little things that make a difference to the start of your morning.

It’s a great hotel, however the location is a bit of a walk to the Main Street to Osmanbey area. Apart from that, I can’t fault anything else about this hotel.

The staffs, Ms. Yasmin and Mr. Majid were so kind and helpful. The location was good and many shops were around and near the hotel.

The size of room was a little small. Some facilities like glass and tissue were not in the roo.,although it seems it is popular in Turkyie hotels.

I recently stayed at Gleam Hotel Bomonti for 6 days and 5 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that made my stay very relaxing. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly stood out and made me feel at home. I also had the chance to use the gym, sauna, and steam room, and all the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable. They added a lot of value to my stay, offering a great way to unwind after busy days. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Gleam Hotel Bomonti to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to coming back in the future!

The staff were super friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Everyone was so polite and friendly. We were truly looked after! The area was also great for food and local transport was only about 10-14 mins walk depending on how you walk! Locals were great also, breakfast was very good too! Lots of options and super healthy but delicious choices. Again; we were waited on hand and foot, couldn’t have asked for anything more. They had a spa within the hotel and a fitness room for us gym rats! They had a few machines and a handful of weights but plenty of space and mirrors and I got on just fine. Most of the time I had it to myself which was great. I could easily see myself coming back!

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful especially Altin. The hotel is generally clean and in a short distance to city centre with taxi.

*No room service available. *Cleanliness can improve in all respects in regards to guest rooms. They cleaned the room during our stay without changing bed sheets, not throwing empty shampoo bottles…not cleaning floor properly. *What really disappointed us was that we booked a taxi from hotel to airport and the taxi that arrived was old, smelly, dirty, the driver was smoking all the time and having very loud music. Do not suggest booking a taxi via hotel. Service quality was really bad. *Lady at the spa was smiley, friendly but not helpful at all. She does not care for offering quality services to guests.

We had a truly memorable trip to Istanbul, and our stay at this hotel made it even more special. We stayed for just one night, but it was an experience we won't forget. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Altin and Hasan (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names) for their incredible service and warm welcome. On the night of December 31st, when we arrived at the hotel, they arranged a surprise cake to celebrate the New Year. It was such a thoughtful and delightful gesture, and it really made our evening. The breakfast the following morning was equally impressive, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. Thanks again to the wonderful team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back in the near future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location was perfect. The team offered us a lot of complimentary add ons free of charge which was amazing. The orange juice at breakfast was delicious we had many! The rooms were tidy and clean, the balcony was good and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. We want to say a special thanks to Altin, Hasan and Barış. I’ve stayed at many big chain hotels in Istanbul but I must say we preferred this hotel. We will definitely come back.
