I like the staff. They are very friendly specially Mr Abdullah in the reception.. Mostly it was very good choice

The most thing I didn't like was the parking. Breakfast buffet was limited choices. Compared to another hotels I already tried

Location was near everthing

The breakfast was bad and almost few things to eat from it. Also, if you want to add omlete you have to pay more like 50 TL. As well, you can not order breakfast to your room only avaliable at bufe but if you still want to your room you have to pay 200 TL for service.

The customer service is what I liked more. Many thanks to Abdullah who supported us in our stay and who warmly welcomed us to the hotel and made us feel like home.

My overall experience in the hotel was good and I faced no inconvenience.

I stayed at Four sides Sisli for 10 days . My room was spacious on the 5th floor with a very nice balcony . The room was always clean and the house keeping were doing a great job even if I leave the room a bit late , I would like to thank Mrs.Asli and her house keeping staff . I would like also to Thank Mr. Abodullah the reception Manager for his continuous support to any thing I need and his kind friendliness and welcoming attitude .also the staff of the reception are always helpful and attentive all of them and thank you Mr. Ercan helping me with my heavy luggage 😃.

I didn’t like much the Breakfast , being in Turkey I was expecting a nice Turkish breakfast Buffet but no variates and only basics and I wonder why should I find Dolma or cooked vegetables for breakfast !!! the breakfast room is on a basement level so it needs to be more attractive with the variety of the items . The hotel room walls are a bit thin so if your neighbours on the best room are Loud you can hear them very well . Metro station is not close but bus station is 12 min. walk .

The night team at reception was very kind and professional (sadly I didn't ask for their name).The room was very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping lady was great, my room was kept clean and fresh. They served mostly Turkish breakfast, and it was very good, they changed some breakfast items daily which was great. The location was good, not far from the metro. The room has most of the amenities that one would need like mini bar, sleepers, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities.

nothing everything was spot on, however I think it would have been good to have a small table and chairs, and bathrobe

The staff are exceptional. the location is par excellent. all stuff/ metro on walking. The hotel staff are amazing and they’re super cooperative and available 24/7 for any help out of their way. i don’t know their names but all hotel staff from receptionists to cleaning staff to helpers to kitchen they’re awesome. They have parking and always assist you and i never heared a NO from them during my 7 night stay. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Especially Ali, Brad , Elif, and Hussiyn. They attended all of my needs and I appreciate them. The catering staff were excellent in servicing me and my family. The room service lady was also helpful and did not refuse at all to help us, and the room was kept tidy and clean every time. There was a time when the construction work started on the road in front of the hotel, which rendered us having difficulty getting taxi or Uber. However, these staff dud what they could to facilitate getting our rides.

Four Sides Hotel in Istanbul is an excellent place to stay in budget trip. I stayed here for a 4 day, very cozy hotel . The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. I especially want to highlight the work of the housekeeping department, Funda and Abdulaziz, who always did an excellent job in keeping our rooms clean and tidy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. The hotel is located in the city center, so it was very convenient to get to the sights and restaurants. I definitely recommend Four Sides and hope to return here in the future.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I Highly recommend it and I Will choose this hotel again

I am very Happy to stay there, and love the hospitality of the staff specially a recipients guy Abdullah and a lady Euel and a boy Ali. The are very very nice and caring people. I wish to stay again in Four Side hotel because of these three guys. Only one think i want to suggest, the hotel Management should b arrange a iron or pressing dress in there hotel and it should be include in hotel fee specially for those who live for 2 to 3 days. I was there for 6 nights but i had extra pay myself for iron cloth. Thanks

The hotel don't have the facility of iron cloths. If they don't have the guy for pressing cloth then they should provide an iron to visitors and they could press by theirself.
