I really liked the location. Very attentive staff. My wife and I were having a small baby and I felt a lot of attention towards us. Most importantly it was very neat. I am very pleased to recommend everyone to stay at this hotel

STAFF! Superb! TchaTcha and Omer were beyond amazing. We would definitely come back because of them. They were super friendly, helpful, supportive, gentlemen, patient. Even though we had problems with the rooms, we extended because of how they made the trip great. The single rooms were super.

The title of the rooms on booking were misleading. We booked 2 two-bed suites. But turns out it is not a suite, but only "connecting rooms" which had zero privacy, and the smaller room was tiny, with a tiny window that has no view (it is in the building), and zero light. It was misleading as the one-bedroom suite clearly had a room and a small living area. However, the other room was nice, and the single room had a tiny balcony, mirrors, and was larger. So I am sure had we gotten other rooms, the rate wouldve been higher.

The staff are very friendly , we were having a lot of luggages and they were there to help us every time , they are checking if we are comfortable or not . I really teccomend the place for arabs

Not super clean .. ants in bathrooms / bedsheeets were a bit dirtyy .. but if you stay there you will not complain about this i just wrote this so they could see it and clean it . // second thing there is no ironing and the kabinet wasnt big hardly enough for clothes

Location is superb, many cafes and shops are around, easy access to the subway station. Wifi is great, very good and stable connection. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is comfy and there is a common place on a rooftop with complementary tea & coffee.

Soundproofing is poor. Our room was on 5th floor and it was near the stairs to the rooftop, where common place is, so there were often noise coming from the stairs.

The Milltown Sisli hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Istanbul. The location is fantastic, with the hotel being just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The Turkish Delight they gifted me upon checkout was a lovely surprise and added to the overall excellent experience I had at the hotel. I would definitely recommend The Milltown Sisli to anyone visiting Istanbul and looking for a hotel in a great location with fantastic service.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed during the winter, with heavy snow, and it was very nice to come back to a warm hotel room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, attending to our needs as soon as we asked for it. The decor is modern, minimal and easy on the eyes.

1-The location is strategic, close to public transportation and close to Jawaher Mall, as it is in the middle of many amenities. 2-I liked its cleanliness. 3-There is a modest and beautiful sitting with a view of the city from the roof.

The standard room is very small also the wardrobe is small. The cost of laundry in the hotel is also expensive.

- The location is perfect, walking distance to attractions and metro station, many markets and restaurants close by. - Rooms are comfortable and very clean. - The staff, the front desk gentleman especially (Omar) were very friendly kind and professional they made our stay as we are at home.

The Milltown hotel is home!!! I stayed here for approx. 3 weeks on different dates, everyone at this small boutique hotel is friendly. Even when they were very busy, they still managed to keep up with all our needs. A special shout out to Omer at reception, honestly one of the best hotel staff I have ever come across - very professional, accommodating, honest and has a smile on his face. The location is PRIME, it is in the middle between 2 metro stops - Sisli and Osmanbey - not far from Taksim, about 10min taxi ride. The hotel is just off the main road, which is so beautiful and alive during the day, and it quiets down during the night - which is nice. It was very important for me to be comfortable at a hotel as a female solo traveller, and the reception boys made me feel soo safe. Reception is 24 hours, and if anyone asks for you at reception they will never release your details. Thankyou Milltown for making my Istanbul trip special

I loved everything - they were understaffed at one stage, but they have hired new amazing workers who speak multiple languages to join the team
